THUS SPAKE AMBEDKAR:-
Hindus force surrender of Dalit interests
He (Dr. Ambedkar) said:
"Today in the negotiations in this difficult situation, I
am in more strange position than all others. Unfortunately, in
these peaceful negotiations I appear to be acting as villain for
the protection of just demands of my people. I am willing to suffer
to any extent in order to get fulfilled the just demands of my
people.
I tell you I shall not deter from my pious duty, and betray the
just and legitimate interests of my people even if you hang me
on the nearest lamp-post in the street. The question faced today
is not to be solved by succumbing to emotions, but by constitutional
means as it involves the countless brethren who have been suffering
in the slavery for ages. Adherence only to conscience will not
be of any help there. Looking at the nature of the proposal of
Mahatma Gandhi, it will take some more time to think. However,
this Conference, through a resolution should convey to Mahatma
Gandhi to postpone his fast for 10-12 days.
But the President Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya stated that it would
not be possible in any circumstances. Consequent upon this Dr.
Ambedkar did not agree to give up the Communal Award."
"The Conference then adjourned till two in the afternoon,
next day, the 21st September. But immediately the leading members
of the Conference went to Birla House and there Sir Tej Bahadur
Sapru evolved a scheme of Primary and Secondary elections for the
reserved seats. According to it the Depressed Classes themselves
were to select for every seat a panel of not less than three candidates
and then out of those three chosen candidates one was to be selected
by the Joint Electorate of the Caste Hindus and the Depressed Classes."
"After a lengthy discussion, Dr. Ambedkar said that there
could be a settlement provided the additional concessions in regard
to the Award were given to make good the loss which would be caused
due to giving up the Award. The representatives of the Congress
assured that they would think over the proposal. Pandit Malviya
suggested to form a small committee in this regard. Accordingly
the Committee consisting of Tej Bahadur Sapru, Barrister Jaikar,
Pandit Malviya, Mathuradas Wasanji and Dr. Ambedkar was formed
and these names were intimated to the Conference.
Accordingly Dr. Ambedkar prepared the charter of demands and put
up before the Committee at 10p.m. on 20th September 1932 in Birla
Bhavan. The text of the same is as follows.

Why this sudden Bush love for India?
OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: When Iran and North Korea are clubbed
in the "axis of evil" for making bomb and punished, Iraq
was invaded and pounded for "possessing weapons of mass destruction",
why George Bush is waiving all norms, rewriting nuclear rules and
rushed to India to sell nuclear material?
Why Bush wants India to produce bombs? And against whom? Why he
tried to bend all rules for the sake of India? Why this special
love?
Will not China now go out of the way to supply nuclear arms to
Pakistan?
Is Bush pushing India against China? Why India is surrendering
to such dangerous temptations at the cost of the country?
These questions lead us to only one answer: India has played into
the hands of American Neo-Cons goaded by the country's over-fed
ruling upper castes who, the history says, never had any love for
their land.

BUSH VISIT TO INDIA
Imperialism makes backdoor entry
OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: The British came to India as merchants
through the East India Co. and then came other Western invaders
like the Portuguese, French etc. to do business. After they established
their business they gradually took over the country itself.
The upper caste rulers of India (15%) launched their "freedom
struggle" not because they hated the Western "invaders" but
they wanted to drive them out to make more money and establish
their rulership.
Under the leadership of the Congress and M.K. Gandhi, a fake freedom
struggle was launched against which only one person had the courage
and conviction to fight. That was Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, hailed
as the Father of India.
He warned the Congress take-over of India (1947) would be a mere
change of rulership. His warning has come true.
Foreign investors will ditch India: According
to a report the organised sector is contributing about 10% of the
Indian economy. The corporate sector is even less. The much-publicised
boom in the Indian stock market must not be taken as a reliable
indicator of the state of the national economy and of improvement
in the economic conditions of the people. The boom is due to Foreign
Institutional Investors (FIIs) and the return of the laundered
dirty money of Indian capitalists.
An economist warns that (1) an unholy alliance has been forged
between the FIIs and Indian capitalists which may prove harmful
to India's national interests. (2) Gradually foreign investors
have begun exercising control over India's corporate sector. May
be one can term this as imperialism through backdoor. (3) The boom
hinging on FIIs may not last very long. Once they see greener pastures,
they will certainly emigrate, leaving grave consequences for the
Indian economy.
"India Shining": The "India shining" group
may be less than 15% of our population. But they are the rulers.
They have the media to shape the "public opinion". As
over 80% of Indians are kept as slaves, they hardly have any opposition.
Our legislators are manipulated and made powerless.
We are once again entering into a dark era of zionist-driven Western
colonialism. The Brahminical rulers are selling India to White
Western rulers. We have been saying this, repeating it. But the
killer Bush visit to India finally confirmed it.

Menace of IT
OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: How a micro-minority of upper castes
are trying to shake and bend the very govt. to its advantage is
evident from the outburst of the Karnataka Chief Minister.
Bangalore: Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy
on March 3 said his govt. will not "dance to the tunes of
information technology (IT) and biotechnology (BT) companies".
"We are not here to listen only to the demands made by
IT and BT companies, who hardly employ three to four per cent
of our people. Our govt. is for the welfare of the poor people
who earn a meagre Rs. 800 to Rs. 900 a month unlike IT professionals
whose income is in lakhs", the Chief Minister said at the
golden jubilee celebrations of the state Vishwa Karma Samaj here.
(Hindu, March 6, 2006).
This IT-BT "India Shiningwalas" may
be a negligible minority but they have created enough problem and
tensions in Bangalore which is made to think that the whole city
is living for their sake. As most of the IT-BTwalas are
upper castes their Brahminical jatavalas in
the media exaggerate their importance.
But the fact is they have created so much of imbalance not only
in the whole society but inside their own families —of course
without contributing anything to the development of the city.

Lalu has the last laugh in Bihar
OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: Even the upper caste enemies of Lalu
Prasad Yadav, who celebrated his defeat in the recent Assembly
election, have now started admitting the truth that mere change
of leadership will not improve the situation. This is exactly the
point we made in our Dec.16, 2005 editorial" Lalu
loses but Laluism wins".
Except for a brief rule of Karpoori Thakur, Bihar has been always
under the Brahminical rule which broke the back of the vast majority
of Bihar comprising the Dalits, Backward Castes, Tribals and Muslims.
It was Lalu who gave them courage and made them fight back. In
other words, Lalu is responsible for the hundreds of "caste
wars" going on in the rural side.
Nitish Kumar boast: In the Patna city itself,
the starving, unemployed people resorted to kidnapping the rich
and the powerful out of sheer desperation. What else they can do?
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar backed by the Hindu terrorist party
had proudly claimed that he would put an end to kidnapping to save
the rich upper castes, their constituency. Even here they have
failed. Deccan Herald's Patna correspondent
Abhay Kumar, who uses no opportunity to malign Lalu, admits that
under Nitish Kumar things have only worsened:
Patna: This one is surely going to disappoint
those who had hoped that Bihar will change (for better) with
the change of regime. By govt's own admission, things have gone
from bad to worse. The NDA, which made poor law and order its
main poll plank in the Nov. Assembly elections, had promised
to restore the rule of law in the state within three months if
voted to power. Armed with absolute majority and having governed
the state for more than three months, the Nitish regime had no
qualms in admitting in the assembly that 102 kidnappings had
taken place during the last 90 days. (Deccan Herald,
March 10, 2006).
Lalu is having the last laugh. The upper castes had pounded Bihar
and sucked the last drop of the blood of the SC/ST/BCs and Muslims.
Now that the same enemies have removed their only political benefactor,
Lalu, will they sit silent? Bihar will be made ungovernable. Nitish
supported by the Hindu terrorist party and the manuwadi media will
soon realise this truth. If Nitish cannot establish law and order —the
single greatest worry of the upper castes —in Patna city
itself, will he succeed in the countryside?

Iraq heading towards civil war ?
OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: As this is written (March 15, 2006), the bloodiest
Shia-Sunni violence going on in Iraq since the American invasion
three years ago is baffling us.
What is the cause of this violence? Is it a civil war between
Iraqis themselves? Or is it a zionist-engineered conflict? Or did
America provoke it because it failed to defeat Iraq? Or is it a
trick resorted to by America to stay on in Iraq? What is more intriguing
is why no Western "investigative journalist" is not revealing
the hands behind this bloody sectarian violence? This media silence
is puzzling.
The killer Bush has failed to defeat Iraq. He is finding an excuse
to get out honourably but the Iraqis are not allowing him to quit
also. Day by day America is getting sucked into more and more dangerous
problems.
Shia leader Muqtada al-Sadr and other Shia leaders said that America
under zionist inspiration was behind the Feb.22 bombing of the
famous Shia shrine at Samarra.
Saddam Hussein is having a hearty laughter inside the jail over
the terrible turmoil created inside Iraq by America.
