D.V. THEORY SPREADS TO NEW AREAS
Caste-wise budget allotment impresses BC commission
OUR CORRESPONDENT

Bangalore: The president and members of the Karnataka Permanent Backward Classes Commission of the State Govt. invited our Editor here for a discussion on his ingenious proposal for "caste-based budget allotment" on June 28, 2005. (DV July 1, 2005 p.3: "Caste-based budget allotment to caste-based economic planning to ensure social justice").

Chairman Siddagangiah and three other members present liked the Editor's idea and said once the just started caste-wise census operation results came it would be easier for them to push the idea further.

Karnataka takes lead: The Editor's point was since India lived in its villages where the society continued to be entirely caste-based, the people had greater faith and security in their caste rather than the govt.

"People find better democracy and security within their caste. Right now, not even 10% of the funds allotted to different schemes are reaching the people. Because the officials entrusted with funds distribution did not belong to the caste of the beneficiaries. Once the funds are given to the respective caste association, at least 90% of the fund will reach the beneficiaries. The caste leaders may eat 10% of the funds. But the caste people will tolerate such a misuse because even the misused funds have gone to their own jati leaders. If the leaders eat more, they will even be beaten up. To that extent democracy is practised within a jati".

The Editor said the Constitution of India gave lot of autonomy to the states which were at liberty to decide their own methods of development to suit their needs.

Karnataka became a pioneer in the country by ordering a caste-wise census which would bring out the shocking results of the decay and slow death of many Backward Castes. The upper castes were opposing caste-wise census only because of this reason. The Karnataka's bold step would encourage other states to follow the example.

Once the caste-wise census was over, the next step for the Commission was to push for caste-wise budget allotment.

The chairman and members said they were much impressed by the Editor's "caste identity" thesis outlined in the book, Caste — A Nation Within the Nation, (Books for Change, Bangalore, Rs. 140). They said the Commission would make a serious study of the book.

The commission asked the Editor to go round the country and meet BC Commissions of different states to push his "caste identity" thesis. The Editor assured the Commission that the thesis had already received wide acceptance except from the upper castes and of their stooges. We need not bother about this opposition, he said.

Meanwhile, the Federation of the Backward Castes of Karnataka headed by J. Srinivasan has decided to organise a day-long seminar on the Editor's book.

Power flows out of caste — not gun
OUR CORRESPONDENT

Bangalore: They say power flows out of the barrel of gun. But in India there is something more powerful than the gun. Thanks to parliamentary democracy, here the power comes out your caste.

The latest example to prove this is the expulsion of Narayan Rane, leader of Opposition in the Maharashtra Assembly. On July 3, Hindu fascist leader Bal Thackeray expelled Rane from the Shiv Sena (SS) sounding the death knell of the party.

Rane is a powerful Maratha caste leader belonging to the Konkan area of Maharashtra. Reports said he ranked next only to the Maratha supremo Sharad Pawar. Marathas are Maharashtra's single largest caste group.

Bal Thackeray is a Kayasth (CKP) which has no strength of caste. He mobilised the disgruntled Backward Castes against the shudra Marathas but even these BC have started melting away.

Brahmins always hated Thackeray but used him to attack and kill Muslims and thus build up their fascist Hindu party (BJP) which itself is cracking after it lost power in Delhi and also in Maharashtra.

The only strength of Thackeray is his mountains of money and the muscle power of the galaxy of rowdies under him. But both money and muscle goes with political power which in India goes with caste.

Besides, Thackeray himself is ageing and his son and nephew are fiercely fighting each other. The SS fascist party is dying. But that is no problem. If one party goes the vaidiks are capable of giving birth to a dozen more.

MANGALORE SEMINAR
Intellectual honesty needed to appreciate "caste" book
A CORRESPONDENT

Mangalore: The "caste identity" thesis propounded by V.T. Rajshekar is catching the imagination of the people and his plea to strengthen every caste is receiving all round endorsement. Not a single caste leader (of SC/BC) has criticised the thesis of the book.

This became evident at a seminar held on his book, Caste —A Nation Within the Nation, (Books for Change, Bangalore, 2004) here on July 9 at the Town Hall. All the representatives of the important castes in the coastal district spoke. The function was held under the auspices of Chintana Praja Vedike headed by the leading advocate of Mangalore, Hanif. Dalit Voice Editor V.T. Rajshekar and author of the book presided. Moulvi Abul Hasan, head of the Arabic Institute, Mangalore, released the Kannada book.

Every speaker agreed that the caste and caste associations must be strengthened . The speakers included Ajit Kumar Rai (Bunts), Harikrishna Bantwal, heading the district's single largest caste of Billavas, Dr. M.G.R. Urs of Mysore, Dr. N. Ismail, principal Badriya College (Beary), P. Dikayya (Dalit), K. Madhava Kulal (potter).

Dr. Gananath Ekkar (Bunts), principal, Govt. College, Kavoor, who introduced the Kannada translation of the Editor's English original and a noted Bunt community intellectual, said only those have intellectual honesty would correctly understand the book and derive the maximum advantage.

"Caste is a fact of life and everybody, including those who criticise the caste, lives within his caste though at the same time we are ashamed of our caste".

The book gave a new interpretation to the subject of caste, he said. The Kannada edition of the book was sold like hot cakes.

Cooked-up Jinnah controversy : Dress rehearsal for election
OUR CORRESPONDENT

Bangalore: The wholething is humbug. Not only nonsense but dangerous nonsense. India's toilet papers have printed millions of words on L.K. Advani's praise of M.A. Jinnah in Pakistan, the RSS fury on that and then Advani's speech-writer Sudheendra Kulkarni's resignation from the BJP as its secretary and finally the RSS asking Advani to resign as BJP chief and his refusal to budge. A number of our family members asked us to comment on the "Jinnah controversy" but we were silent.

Because we don't like to react to the Enemy's act. We must act and force the Enemy to react. This is the law of contradictions. Now, the Enemy attacks us and we go on defending. If all our life is spent in defending ourselves, when are we to attack and finish the enemy? That is why we were silent.

ILLITERATES SAVED INDIA

India's newspaper-reading population (both English and languages) fortunately does not exceed even 30% of our total population. Not all literate people read the papers. That is how the country is saved. Even if 50% of the Indians had started eating the filthy shit transmitted through these toilet papers, by this time all of us would have become monkeys.

Fortunately, it is the illiterate (meaning the "low castes" who are the poorest), and those who don't touch the toilet papers, who have saved this country from drowning.

We want to tell our alert DV family members not to believe even a word of what appears in these toilet papers. One example of the poison it emits is the "controversy" created by this Jinnah statement and its many stage-managed fallout. Whole thing is bullshit.

What is happening is cunningly kept out of the innocent readers who are made gullible if not downright idiotic. We have said a lot about the heinous role played by these "national" toilet papers and the "Jinnah episode" is forcing us to repeat this.

What is the secret behind this Jinnah "controversy"? It is plain and simple: India's premier vaidik party wants to come back to power. And the Jinnah "controversy" is a dress-rehearsal.

It is grooming Advani, giving him a new facial makeup. He was hated by the Muslims for his violent Babri Masjid demolition and later the "Gujarat Genocide". Vaidik Vajpayee is old, feeble and fully exhausted. Even his expertise as a master crook is gone. The only leader of stature, capable of garnering votes, commanding all sections of the party, particularly the non-Brahmins, is Advani. As he has no caste strength (he is a Sindhi Khatri), he is no threat to vaidiks.

LALU'S CHANCES IN BIHAR

The Congress Party-headed UPA is a coalition of castes. Anything may happen any time. The Manuwadi marxists say one thing but do the exact opposite. They are the worst humbugs. Even the RSS-BJP Hindu fascists are more honest.

If in the coming Bihar Assembly elections, though chances of Lalu Prasad coming back are bright, the upper castes are hell bent on rocking the boat. Fortunately the vaidik agent and the perpetual trouble-maker Paswan is down and out after his heart attack. With all this if the vaidik crooks in the Congress once again stab Lalu in the back, he will walk out of the UPA - which means collapse of the UPA Govt.

TAMIL CHETTIAR

The "Socialist Brahmins" are egging the communists to quit the UPA on the disinvestment and other issues. It is a fact that the Manmohan Singh Govt. has violated the agreement on which UPA Govt. was formed. Finance Minister Chidambaram is a Tamil Chettiar and a vaishya which always favour the exploiters. He was the architect of the BHEL disinvestment. Manmohan Singh, a pro-capitalist Babu and economist, blessed Chidambaram plan. Montek Singh Ahluwalia, the World Bank import Planning Commission Chief, also conspired.

All this led to a Left "revolt". The Backward Castes, Dalits and Muslims are also not fully happy with the Manmohan Singh Govt. Only because of Sonia Gandhi's leadership things are held together. But if Manmohan Singh and Chidambaram push privatisation further, the CPM-CPI may revolt. Already, the vaidiks are working through Mulayam Singh Yadav for a third Front.

Meanwhile, the openly pro-urban rich (read upper caste) policies of the govt. has further impoverished the rural sector. Villages are neglected and the urban rich pampered. This is what the BJP-led Govt. was doing and the Manmohan Singh Govt. is repeating.

That means the country's slide downwards was not checked even after the UPA Govt. came to power.

The RSS-BJP Brahminical front wants to exploit the people's discontent and by chance Sonia orders a fresh election, they want to fish in this troubled waters.

The "Jinnah controversy" is a preparation to woo the Muslims and to tell the "secular"-minded people that the BJP has ceased to be a "communal party". Once it comes to power, the BJP will go back to its Muslim-baiting. What is wrong in cheating the people with false promises to come to power? The current exercises following the "Jinnah controversy" are to paint Advani as a secular-minded statesman.

KULKARNI ADMIRES D.V.

Our famed toilet papers are the most loyal and energetic drummer boys of the RSS-BJP. They prepare the ground through mind manipulation. The "Jinnah controversy" was deliberately created to project Advani as a hero and Kulkarni was used for this purpose. His resignation is all a drama. RSS asking Advani to quit is also drama. The upper caste rulers know that it is possible to fool the masses through such drama. They are not wrong.

Incidentally, Sudheendra Kulkarni, a Brahmin from Dharwar (Karnataka), whom we met in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) when we were called there for discussions during the Vajpayee regime, told us that he was once a marxist and a great admirer of our work. He said he had read many of our books with great appreciation.

How did a marxist become a Manuwadi? In India, there is no difference between the two. In fact, Manuwadis are more honest. In DV, we call them "Sacred Brahmins". The RSS-BJP vaidik combine used a "Socialist Brahmin" to play its game. It is nothing but a puppet show with the strings firmly in the hands of the hard-core vaidiks who will never, ever change.

GANDHI-KILLERS BECOME GANDHIANS

Such dramas were often played ever since the Aryan vaidiks invaded India and converted this into a beggar nation. They only made the Gujarati Bania into a Mahatma and a world famous "apostle of non-violence". Later, they only killed him and after killing shed crocodile tears and then made him a martyr. After killing the Mahatma, they only praised him sky high, earned maximum profits by becoming the rulers of India and started biting like mad dogs anybody daring to criticise the Mahatma.

It is an endless vaidik drama — cruel and tragic — that pushed India to its current traumatic stage.

The "Jinnah controversy" is a small part of this endless drama with which we are so familiar. Until we call the bluff of this drama and force its closure, we Bahujans will continue to be slaves.

BORN TO RULE

We have written two books on the subject —Brahminism (DSA-2003), and Weapons to Fight Counter-Revolution, (DSA-2004) —in which we have covered all the points.

In DV, we often deal with these people — India's principal contradiction —who use the innumerable contradictions in our society, play one contradiction against the other and remain safe-enjoying the fun of other's suffering, decay and slow death.

The Aryan vaidiks are a peculiar creature whom we have called the "Jews of India". They are a nation within the nation — full of hatred, filled with the desire to enslave the rest of Indians. Calling themselves the Bhoodevatas, they say they are the "chosen people", born to rule India and dominate the rest.

They get a tremendous pleasure in pushing you down and sitting on your head. They have to be recognised as the most superior people. That is why whether it is the President or even the PM of India, he has sit at the feet of these Bhoodevatas.

Like the Jews, the "Jews of India" have maintained their distinct identity. They have stuck to their "sacred scriptures" even while in distant lands. They are an example of unity. There is hardly any instance of one vaidik quarreling with the other in public. In private, they may fight but when one vaidik is in trouble the entire vaidik vampire stands like one man in his defence.

EVERY REVOLUTION DESTROYED

Vaidiks who stand for their Brahminism decimated anything and everything that was found hostile to their interest. The best example is Budhism. They even killed Sikhism. Now they are after Islam and Christianity. Already considerable sections within both these religions have been co-opted.

Every revolutionary born in India fought only against these Bhoodevatas. Now that they have captured the country's mass media, their menace has become the country's No.1 problem.
