Dalits refuse to believe promise of quota in private sector: Wanted constitutional amendment

History has taught us not to believe in any Hindu promise. No Hindu has ever kept up his promise given to any section groaning under Hindu tyranny in India. History offers any number of such broken, false promises.

So, we dismiss the announcement made by J.J. Irani, chairman of the CII Task Force on Affirmative Action, assuring that the captains of Indian industries would “voluntarily” provide representation for Dalits in employment. His assurance is part of the historical hoax for which the Hindus (upper castes) are so notorious.

No lamb will ever believe in the promises of a wolf. The captains of Indian industries, all upper castes, are proven cunning wolves who have become fat by drinking the blood of the innocent lambs.

Private sector reservation

Making a formal announcement of the plan to press persons in Madras, leaders of the two industry bodies said the member-companies would voluntarily provide greater representation for SC/ST in employment. They, however, opposed reservation of jobs in the private sector, something for which the Centre contemplated introduction of legislation.

CII president R. Seshasayee denied that the action plan was to preempt the government from introducing such a piece of legislation. “This (action plan) is industry’s affirmative action”, he declared while pointing out that industry believes that a legislation on the issue would be counter-productive. (Hindu, July 29, 2006).

Hindu heart never melts: All the industries in India are owned by the Banias, Brahmins and other upper castes. All the industries continue to be their family properties. These industries prospered with the illegal assistance rendered by their cousins ruling the country.

The oppressed Dalits, Tribals, Backward Castes, Muslims, Christians and Sikhs (called Bahujans—85% ) have been for centuries fighting their upper caste oppressors. Did the 15% minority upper caste (Hindu) rulers do anything “voluntarily” to relieve the pain and suffering of the over 85% “Persecuted Nationalities Denied Human Rights”?

Is there any instance of the “Hindu heart” melting in Indian history?

Gandhi deceived Dr. Ambedkar: We have the most famous historical case of the Gujarati Bania, M.K. Gandhi, promising everything to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar through the “Poona Pact” (1932). Did Gandhi or his Hindu followers keep up that promise? (Thus Spake Ambedkar: “Gandhi kills future of Dalits through Poona Pact”, DV July 1, 2006 p.2).

Did the Hindus keep up their pre-partition “assurance” given to Kashmiris, Sikhs, Muslims or Christians? Which promise they have fulfilled — either today, yesterday or any time earlier? The Hindu rulers did not even implement the Constitution of India.

So, how to believe these Hindus who have proved to be congenital liars?

Stop believing Hindus: The cunning Hindus know the secret that all innocent, good-hearted people sincerely believe in promises and that the Dalits, can be easily deceived by handsome promises. The Hindus have been continuously deceiving us only through their lavish promises. We have learnt enough from history that the Hindu word can never be believed.

Constitution subverted: J.J. Irani, the House of Tata man, is making yet another Hindu promise. We should stop believing the Hindus.

So, what need is a constitutional amendment assuring a statutory provision for reservation to SC/STs in private sector.

Will the Hindus honour the Constitution even after such a provision is made? We know that they will not. The Constitution did assure reservations in eduction and jobs in public sector but the Hindu rulers of India sabotaged even this constitutional mandate and the total achievement in Dalit employment is not even 5% as against the stipulated 18%.

So we know that even if the Constitution is amended to provide for reservation in private sector the Hindus will never, ever obey the constitution.

Dr. Ambedkar, our Father, has told us not to trust the Hindu. And yet our people now and then get deceived by believing these people. The Hindus are not only subverting the Constitution, they are subverting the country itself.

Even in the OBC reservation issue Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his henchman Veerappa Moily have played a mischief about which we have already made the forecast. It looks the PM has successfullly torpedoed the OBC reservation. It is now clear that this PM is more dangerous than the open enemy — RSS. (DV Edit June 16, 2006: “Manmohan-Pranab bid to sabotage OBC quota”). On the whole, the future for Dalits and even Bahujans appears to be quite gloomy under the existing socio-econmic-cultural structure.
