Bangalore: The beleaguered United Nations is all set to expand its Security Council and strengthen its structure but the oppressed majority of the world — the Blacks, the Browns and the Yellows (which includes Muslims, Dalits and Chinese) have every reason to say they have no hope in this White Western outfit. To America, the UN almost died when the warlord of the world, George Bush, killed it and launched his attack on Iraq (1991). Just as in India, where we have the rule of the rich (upper castes), the UN is today choking because of the American arrogance. The UN was formed in 1945 to save the world from the scourge of war. But how many wars devastated the world since then? The deadliest blow was inflicted on the UN, the only hope of the peace-lovers, when George Bush warned the UN that it was in the danger of "fading into history as an ineffective, irrelevant debating society". Iraq war to save Israel: The zionist-controlled American President went to the UN Security Council to seek its permission to attack Iraq which, he said, threatened America. But the Security Council said No. America defied the world body, attacked Iraq and thereby inflicted a death blow on the UN. What is the use of expanding the UN Security Council and strengthening its structure when the world's sole super power has all contempt for it? America is threatening UN because it is coming in the way of its aggression against Muslims, Blacks, Browns and Yellows who constitute the single largest population of the world. Annan calls it "illegal war": The American war against Iraq was illegal. The UN Secretary-General Koffi Annan himself said so. The entire world agrees with Annan. But America says hell with UN. America says the UN is a nuisance. Nuisance to whom? It is a nuisance to the micro-minority zionists whose sole interest is to protect the illegally established state of Israel by forcibly usupring the land of the Palestinians. It is to save Israel, Bush was forced by the zionists to wage war in Afghanistan and then Iraq. And the latest is the preparation to attack in Iran on the pretext that it is preparing nuclear bombs. America might not have won in Afghanistan and faced defeat in Iraq also. But what is the damage caused to the UN and world peace? Hope in China & European Union: Even within America, there is considerable opposition to the Bush unilateral war. The American puppy, Tom Blair, is also forcing considerable opposition in England. That means barring a micro-minority, the whole world is against the Bush and Blair bid to destroy UN. The only hope is the regrouping taking place in Europe under the leadership of French President Chirac and the rise of China as a major world power. India too would have become a world power by now but its Brahminical rulers stunted its growth and joined with the US-zionist forces for selfish reasons. So what is the use of expanding the Security Council and strengthening the UN, when a micro-minority destructive force, armed with its enormous military might, simply destroys the hopes of the people in UN? The US argument is it has the divine right to launch a pre-emptive war when it is convinced that on humanitarian grounds that such an invasion in necessary. All aggressors use the same language. India's Brahminical forces have been committing all the war and violence on the oppressed Dalits, Muslims and others only in the name of non-violence, justice and peace. The zionist state of Israel is killing the poor, innocent Palestinians using the same jargons. America says it is waging war to introduce democracy and establish human rights in Muslim countries. Dalits denied justice at Durban: None in the world agrees with America or Israel. Even India's wars in Kashmir were frowned upon by the United Nations. How can the UN establish the rule of law when might is right? Western domination: What about forcible Israeli occupation of Palestine? Did not the UN itself condemn the Israeli aggression? Israel has been not only occupying areas after areas belonging to Palestine but systematically killing the Palestinians dubbing them terrorists. But the West is silent. America is openly supporting the Israeli aggression. In the face of such blatant breaking of the UN rule of law, how can the world body survive? The re-election of Bush is a setback to world peace and a threat to UN. Shift UN from US soil: The problem with the UN is it is not only dominated by the rich White Western countries but controlled by America. Britain with just 60 million population is a veto-wielding permanent Security Council member. But more populous but poorer countries like India, South Africa, Brazil have no say. How can the UN Security Council be a representative body of the world when smaller countries dominate but highly populated countries are ignored? The UN should represent not the countries but the peoples of those countries. If the peoples must have a voice then the population of a country must be the determining factor in constituting the Security Council. Even if all these are accepted, still the UN will be ineffective as long as it is located on the soil of America, that too in New York with its heavy zionist influence. The UN headquarters must be shifted out of the American soil and preferably located in Africa, right in the middle of the world. Menace of veto system: The UN must also bring about changes in its veto system. America uses its veto power whenever a decision goes against its interests. Of particular interest is the case of Israel. The UN is not able to act against Israel, Iraq or any other trouble shot because the US blocks it with its veto power. This veto system is a menace. Justice to humanity and the world has to be decided on a democratic basis. America uses the pretext of democracy for its every aggression. So much so it has become the world's most anti-democratic country by misusing its veto power. Just because it has the military might it cannot go on trampling the United Nations. The UN will continue

case has once for all proved that the Brahmins and their bum-lickers
have no respect for the rule of law — not even for the Constitution
of India. Even when the murder victim happened to be a Brahmin and
a devoted follower of the Kanchi Mutt, who fought against the swami's
financial frauds and sex scandals, the country's entire vaidik vampire
unitedly stood like one man behind the sinner. How can the country
be safe under such rulers? Some Brahmins do feel that the swami is
a sinner but they are not prepared to speak out. Such is the depth

If the TN Govt. has "strong evidences" against Madani why it has not put him up on trial? Why it did not act on the Supreme Court order to try him? Has the ruling BSO ever listened to any demand of the oppressed Indians? The reservation to SC/ST is recommended in the Constitution itself. But 50 years after the Constitution came into force, SC/ST reservations have not even reached 5% out of the stipulated 23%. When the BSO could refuse to ignore the constitutional obligation and the Supreme Court kept silent on this grave lapse, will the BSO implement reservation in private sector? Those demanding reservation in private sector are silent on this unpardonable crime of the upper caste rulers.
