Lalu loses but "Laluism" wins : Bihar election
proves caste war as only right royal route
Lalu Prasad Yadav might have been routed in the latest Bihar Assembly
election but the reports coming from Patna and Delhi tell us that
it is a victory for "Laluism" if we can coin a word, meaning the
powerful social forces released by the oppressed Dalits, BCs and
Muslims — the constituency of Lalu.
Nitish Kumar, the leader of a mere 5% Kurmi caste of landed BCs,
has won and become the Chief Minister but the same reports tell
us that he will not be able to continue for long for two reasons:
(1) The heavy presence of Hindu terrorist party (BJP),
enemy of Bahujans, within his govt. and
(2) the near impossibility of meeting the aspirations of the oppressed
Bahujans.
"Jungle Raj": Governing the chaotic
and the country's most turbulent state of Bihar is no joke. Lalu
did it for 15 long years and cut the formidable upper caste Brahmin,
Bumihar, Rajput and Kayasth forces to size. The country's micro-minority
Brahminical forces and their poisonous toilet papers may mock at
him for creating a "jungle raj" out of Bihar. Yes, Bihar was already
a "jungle raj" even before Lalu took over. The minority upper castes
for over 40 years looted Bihar and broke the backbone of the overwhelming
majority of Dalits, Backwards and Muslims.
Riot-free state: Did not Lalu stop all
this? Bihar witnessed not a single bloody anti-Muslim riots and
anti-Dalit caste wars. It was Lalu who brought social justice to
the Bihar's oppressed. This is no small achievement. Why nobody
is saying this?
The upper caste writers have their monopoly toilet papers to write
all sorts of nonsense against Lalu. But fortunately this muck is
not read by the Bihar's oppressed. This country is saved by this
very 75% of Indian population, who fortunately can't read or write
and kept illiterate by the Brahminical rulers. Let these hate-mongers
get the pleasure of eating their own shit but it will not have
any value on the vast countryside and even the urban poor — because
they just don't read these toilet papers. It is these illiterate,
honest, good Indians who saved India.
So, all these loud propaganda against Lalu, who represents this
over 75% of the country's havenots, is the creation of our enemies.
And we can tell you that his eclipse in Bihar will have no effect
on the powerful social forces released by Lalu. Nobody can reverse
this movement.
Nitish handcuffed: We know the serious
caste and communal contradictions in the country and Bihar in particular.
Sushil Kumar Modi, a top Hindu terrorist leader, will be a bone
in the throat of Nitish. His appointment as Dy. CM is a clear proof
that Nitish Kumar is handcuffed.
Nitish Kumar may be "honest" like Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
But is he "honest" in his thoughts? With Hindu terrorists, representing
the upper caste vultures of the state, in his govt. how can he
take any step forward?
Nitish has taken into his cabinet many upper castes. By this he
wants to send the message that he is not against the upper castes
and that he would like to carry all sections with him. Taking all
people in one cart is impossible.
You can't please "everybody" in India. Anybody giving such a promise
is cheating the people. In a country where over 85% are havenots,
the upper caste haves (15%) will be angry if you go to please the
havenots.
George Fernandes watching: Then we have
George Fernandes, the Roman Catholic "socialist", who as the agent
of Hindu terrorists is watching Nitish. It was he who brought about
a split between Lalu and Nitish.
The anti-Lalu Brahminical forces are cursing Lalu for "casteifictaion" of
Bihar. But what did they do in the just concluded election? They
followed the same caste rule. If Lalu's vote bank was Yadavas and
Muslims (30%), Nitish camp wooed the Most Backward Castes (35%)
and the Backward Muslims. They also followed the same Lalu formula
of "casteification". They did not take any new road. Because there
is no other road. India's road to social justice is only through
caste.
Lalu's rout is not a victory for the Hindu terrorist party's fascist
agenda. No. Nitish distanced himself from the Hindu terrorists
throughout the election. In fact, he supported the Muslim demand
for reservations.
Dalit leader Ram Vilas Paswan helped the Hindu terrorist party
and did his duty as expected of him.
Finally, we come to the much talked about "total neglect of development" which
is called as Lalu's greatest crime. Bihar was a devastated, criminalised
state even before Lalu took charge. Why did the "highly educated" upper
caste rulers of Bihar neglect their own state? Why they wanted
only Lalu to change the track and shift from "destruction" to "development"?
Alright. Did they allow him at least one single night's sound sleep
ever since he took over Bihar 15 years ago?
CM put in jail: The upper castes hated
him so much that they managed to get him arrested even when he
was the chief minister on charges of corruption for which there
is no evidence.
But the well-proved charges against a Brahmin Chief Minister Jayalalita
were simply overlooked. With such hate burning within the hearts
of upper castes, how can any victim of caste hatred get any peace
of mind in Bihar or for that matter India?
Lalu was the victim of such a Hindu hatred and it was at this
juncture we met him on his invitation when he was in the jail as
CM (DV Edit Oct.16, 1997: "Lalu's Bihar gets ready for bloody
varna yudh against Brahminical Social Order").
Paradise of parasites: Following Lalu's
defeat, once again the enemies have started mocking him for "neglect
of development". But DV family members may go back to our Editorial
in the Dec.1, 2005 issue (“DV extends caste identity to economic
planning: Development redefined") in which we have discussed "Lalu's
experiments in Bihar" (p. 4&5).
The critics' charge is that Lalu fell because he kept Bihar out
of the country's mainstream planning process of "growth" and "development" which
the rest of India accepted in toto.
No. We don't accept this argument. The "growth" and "development" are
the two pet mantras of the upper castes (15%) who became rulers
following this route. The fruits of "growth" and "development" went
mainly to this urban-bred, urban-educated yuppies. You can find
them in plenty in Bangalore — the paradise of parasites. Manmohan
Singh recites the same World Bank mantras. Yes, millions of jobless
Bihari "low castes" and poor Muslims fled away in search of jobs
because Lalu neglected "growth and development". This is their
charge. That millions migrated out of Bihar is true. All those
constitute the poorest who are also the voters of Lalu. Will Lalu
put a knife into his own stomach by allowing his voters to desert
him?
The fact is Lalu was not allowed to take any step to "develop" Bihar.
The bureaucracy, judiciary, media, contractors, professionals were
all upper castes and enemies of Lalu coming in the way of any "development
and growth" of Bihar. They did not allow him even a single night's
sound sleep.
Future Prime Minister: How can the same
people now complain of neglect of "growth" and "development"? These
twin tasks need peace of mind, time to think and plan. Did Lalu
enjoy these things even for a day?
They carried on a systematic campaign against him to ruin his
political career itself fearing that he may one day become the
Prime Minister of India. Brahminical forces know their friends
and also their foes. Lalu has been tested and found to be the deadliest
enemy of these forces. Hence this barrage of bombardment. There
is a method in their madness also.
The critics of Lalu are saying that he never thought of "growth" and "development" in
Bihar. Will these critics tell us which state in India is having "growth" and "development"?
Which other cowbelt BIMARU states recoever from their sickness?
The little "growth" and "development" is confined to urban India
where the upper casts live. Even urban slums are growing.
This twin monsters of "growth" and "development" have devastated
the whole countryside. Lalu alone cannot be court-martialled for
the topsy-turvy World Bank- dictated (Western) model of economic
planning which is not in our interest. We want social justice — not "growth" and "development".
