DV welcomes this long-delayed clash between executive & judiciary

Bangalore: The Indian Parliament has finally agreed with what DV has been saying all along about the “judicial terrorism” (V.T. Rajshekar & Iqbal Ahmed Shariff, Judicial Terrorism, DSA-2006).

On Dec.7, 2006, Lok Sabha members, including the Brahmana Jati Party (BJP), unitedly expressed concern over the higher judiciary going to the rescue of their upper caste jatwalas. Good development.

It is no secret that both the Supreme Court and the High Courts are a den of upper castes because there is no reservation to higher judiciary. This is a big mistake which the people’s leaders in parliament must quickly rectify.

Jati loyalty: Jati loyalty is terrible in India. Because each jati is a “nation” by itself. Since the 15% upper castes are the rulers and they became rulers by stealing the human rights of the rest of the population, violating every provision in the constitution, it is but natural the upper caste judges go to the rescue of their jatwalas. As the over-hungry upper castes want to eat more and more causing greater and more serious deprivation of the rest of the population, the elected representatives of the people have started interfering on behalf of the deprived. It is to stop this “interference” of the legislature and the executive, the upper caste “thieves” have sought the protection from their jatwala judges.

The reports in the Times of India and the Hindustan Times, both Marwadi papers, on the Lok Sabha debate and front-page headlines given to these reports making fun of the political leadership but supporting the “judicial terrorism” shows the how much the upper castes hate the elected representatives. In other words, the upper castes hate parliamentary democracy itself.

The executive and the judiciary, the latter supported by the “national” toilet papers, have started clashing head on. We welcome this long delayed conflict.

Baying for Lalu’s blood: We are also happy that Parliament took notice of the “judicial terrorism” trying to dictate even policies which purely lie in the domain of the executive.

A court has convicted a popular Adivasi leader and a Union Cabinet Minister but the same court permitted the Kanchi Shankarachari, a proven murderer and a notorious womaniser, to get away. It is so kind to the Bangalore Papatti but harsh on Mayawati because she is an Untouchable. The upper castes who are baying for the blood of Lalu Prasad are goading the higher judiciary to mercilessly send him to jail.

We would have been happy if the same higher judiciary was harsh on all the culprits and scoundrels. But it has double-standards. It is soft on film actors, cricket players, Brahmin swamis and all rich thugs and pindaris. P.V. Narasimha Rao, hauled up for crores of rupees corruption, died without going to jail, Pandit Sukh Ram is basking in the sunshine. Fraudman Satya Sai Baba, who caused the murder of several innocents, is a god to the upper castes (DV Jan.16, 1994 p.5: “Sai Baba murder case takes new turn”). Bal Thackeray is roaming around freely with his mountains of money. Almost all industrialists and businessmen have enormous black money which is never touched. Judiciary is blind to all these corruption and criminal deeds. In the ranks of the judges itself corruption is rampant.

Clip wings of judiciary: Judges become very active and angry only when it comes to SC/ST/BCs and Muslims who have just started opening their eyes. The upper castes are seeking the support of the higher judiciary to force the closure of their eyes. And the heart of the judges naturally bleeds for their jatwalas. This is natural in this caste-infested Hindu India.

The political leadership of the country belonging to all shades must unite to clip the wings of the higher judiciary before it turns uncontrollable.

American economy collapsing ?

Bangalore: Big news. Happy news. America is slowly dying. The Jews are gradually killing it.

Things are proceeding as predicted in DV. (DV Edit Dec.1, 2006: “As dollar sinks & America gets weaker, Jewish capital may shift to India”).

The Economist of Nov.25 and Dec.2, 2006 had two cover stories on these subjects. It said the Wall Street is losing its grip on the world’s money. America’s lead is shrinking in almost every area. In some areas, America has been overtaken.

Iran must not help US: The Guardian also reported fall of the dollar. It quoted a HSBC currency expert saying: “I think the dollar is going to hell in a handbag”. (Hindu, Dec.4, 2006).

The dollar’s tumble is also ominous. Euro is gaining. If the oil producing countries decide to shift to Euro that is the end of dollar domination.

Everywhere America is meeting with defeat and failure. The worst is in Iraq. DV had predicted all these.

America is trying to find a face-saving formula to get out of Iraq.

At home President Bush was cut to size by the Democrats. His tail, Britain’s Blair, was also cut off. Even his own puppet regime in Iraq is turning against him.

Iran is on the upward swing. America is now begging Iran to save it in Iraq. Why should Iran oblige when Israel and America are threatening to bomb Iran?

Bush and America’s political leadership want to solve the Middle East problem without hurting Israel. Clinton went on serving Israel’s interests and finally lost and suffered disgrace. Bush is following the same path and will end up in bigger disaster to America.

It is for the American citizens to wake up, assert and tell their leadership to reject the zionist dictatorship.

If not the fall of America will be faster. Just as the Soviet Union collapsed like a pack of cards America too will meet with its doom.

We have given this warning several times. This time we are appealing to the American citizens to save America from the zionist killers.

Jews losing control on America ?

Bangalore: The mere 3% Jews are squeezing the neck of America and dictating everything from A to Z is known to everybody in the world except its own innocent American citizens. This is because the entire media — print and electronic — is owned and run by the Jews.

Poor Americans are fed with only falsehood. They are made to believe that USA invaded Iraq to take control of its oil. The fact is Saddam was threatening zionist Israel and to save Israel from Saddam the Jewish controllers of America forced the American Govt. to launch the Iraqi war in which the US got defeated and hundreds of American soldiers died. And the sole super power was humbled. It is this humiliation that made the Americans to revolt.

For the first time in the past 50 to 60 years, we are getting the happy news that the Jews are losing their grip on the American neck.

The high-powered James Baker committee charged with reviewing America’s Iraq strategy, for the first time in America’s history did not have even a single neocon. Amazing. Baker was a former Secretary of State.

Miracle: Called the Iraq Study Group (ISG), it asked President Bush to gradually withdraw troops from Iraq. But Bush rejected the recommendation at the behest of his Jewish bosses.

The revolt of the American voters disgusted with President Bush and his Republican Party rejecting them wholesale and voting for Democrats, made Washington wake up.

The Jews control American politics, media, finance, business and the White House. And the United Nations too.

Brahminism in India: They made the American Administration and the people live for the sake of zionist Israel and its protection.

Just as America has its 3% Jews, India has its 3% Brahminical people ruling the country. The Jews are trying to squeeze the neck of America and the Brahminical people are doing the same in India. In the process both of them are trying to drag their countries down the drain.

Total upper caste revolt against Siddu

Bangalore: Siddaramaiah’s election to the Karnataka Assembly in the Chamundeshwari byelection (Mysore dt.) was a forgone conclusion. DV had predicted it long back. (DV Nov.16, 2006 p.13: “Caste power decides elections: Hindus facing defeat?”).

But what came as a shock was the margin of his victory, a mere 257 votes. This is because of the total upper caste revolt against the powerful Backward Caste leader. The three upper castes —Brahmins, Lingayats (75,000) and Vokkaligas (65,000)— solidly voted against him. But Dalits, Muslims and Siddaramaiah’s own Kurubas (shepherd - 60,000) solidly stood by him.

Caste power: H.D. Deve Gowda, a former PM and a Vokkaliga leader running the JD(S) coalition govt. with BJP support, put up a useless Lingayat candidate against Siddaramaiah. And the caste calculations worked. However, the 40,000 Nayaks (a Backward Caste) played some mischief. They fell for Gowda’s money power. Our prediction came true.

The Chamundeshwari byelection became a powerful laboratory to show the working of different castes. Voting was purely on caste lines. Because each caste is a “nation”.

The three upper castes, strongly guided by their casteology, voted enbloc against Siddaramaiah determined to politically eliminate him. They did their duty. But the same determination if it has to come in the SC/ST/BCs and Muslims, Siddaramaiah will have to step up his Ahinda movement. Lot of work is needed. Or else it is difficult to seize the state from the upper caste control.

Siddaramaiah may be made leader of the Opposition in the Assembly replacing the useless Dharam Singh, a Rajput hiding under the BC tag. But if the Congress has to defeat the ruling JD(S)-BJP corrupt coalition of upper castes, Siddaramaiah has to be projected as the chief ministerial candidate.

This is also possible and it is in the interest of the state. But can Siddaramaiah bring about a socio-cultural transformation which is what the people need? No.

If he is serious about such a lasting change he has to step up the Ahinda movement building strong cadres in every taluk. That work must begin right away. He need not wait for the CM post.

Dalit IAS officer in spot for Khairlanji report

Bangalore: A senior Dalit IAS officer in Maharashtra is in trouble because he spoke the truth on Khairlanji which recently made country-wide headlines.

Ratnakar Gaikwad is the head of Yashada (Yashwantrao Chavan Inst. of Developmental Administration) at Pune of which Dr. Ambedkar Research & Training Institute and Centre for Equity and Social Justice is a part. He asked the Institute experts to rush to Khairlanji and submit a fact-finding report which he later published.

Yashada was set up by the govt. only to do such a work and Ratnakar Gaikwad as its head was discharging his duty as its head.

The report passed strictures against Nagpur range IG of Police Pankaj Gupta and DGP P.S. Pasricha for his failure to visit the spot. Bhandara dt. DSP Suresh Sagar was named for making irresponsible statements.

The govt. admits that Ratnakar Gaikwad is noted for his honesty and respected for his hard work. But the upper caste Maratha-led govt. is out for his blood because he spoke the truth. That was his mistake.

DV supports Telengana

Bangalore: DV congratulates Telengana leader K. Chandrasekhar Rao for winning the Karimnagar Lok Sabha byelection by a record margin of over 1 lakh votes defeating his Congress rival and thereby reviving the Telengana statehood demand.

DV has always supported all nationality struggles. A smaller state is always beneficial to the oppressed SC/ST/BCs and Muslims.

Both the Congress led by the Reddys and Chandrababu Naidu’s Telugu Desam of the Khammas had opposed Telengana. Both these upper caste ruling jatis were humbled by the oppressed jatis of Karimnagar. Smaller states are always in our interest. The upper castes like bigger states.

Two  sides  of  same  coin

A couple of members of Dalit Voice family did write to us on our coverage of zionist atrocities. Their point was zionist issues were not relevant to India and the Dalits in particular. To such of them we want to assure that Brahminism and zionism are two sides of the same coin and their close collaboration is of world-wide significance.

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, the Father of India and our intellectual guide, had identified the principal enemy of Dalits and also India: Brahminism. Both Brahmins and the Jews originated from the same geographical area around Iran and both exhibited the same genetic characteristics. Both are mental perverts, megalomaniacs and physically weak.

Today, both the Jews and “Jews of India” are fully linked and working in close cooperation causing turmoil world-wide. The Israeli Mossad is operating in India in full force and the Govt. of India is officially collaborating with Israeli defence and Intelligence forces to tackle Muslims and Dalits in India. As India’s oldest and the largest circulated journal of its entire 85% persecuted nationalities denied human rights, we have a responsibility to alert our family members on the danger posed by the Jews  even as we discuss the aggression on Indian culture by the “Jews of India”.

So, we cannot separate the two when the mind and the body of both are the same. We were the first in the world to describe the Brahmins as the “Jews of India”, a description which they whole-heartedly accepted and also exploited.

When we are combating the “Jews of India” with our back against the wall, is it not our duty to learn from the experience of those who are fighting the Jews? Moreover, when the Jews and the “Jews of India” are in close collaboration to impose their racist dictatorship, is it not our duty to do everything possible to avert such a humanitarian disaster?
