Brahminical terrorism on Muslims & Dalits is pushing India to more & more violence

The special court trying the case against the accused in the Bombay serial blasts of 1993 has given its judgments on accused-to-accused basis on different days. This itself is an out-of-the usual practice in this out-of-the way case, unique in Indian history. Because it does not contain the essential ingredient for crime, that is “personal interest”. The accused are not criminals. They are all “patriots” from the angle of the “Muslim nationality” in this country of many “nations” who resorted to this desperate act to protect their nationality. Fine. Long back a Member Parliament, Raj Babbar, had hailed their action, saying:

“Had they not committed the blasts, every Muslim family would have given one such person in the whole of India. They have provided consolation to Muslims of India.”

That means the Bombay blast was also in the interest of all Indians and also India.

Muslims not Indians: They had to resort to this desperate action owing to the failure of the government which failed to punish the anti-nationals who destroyed the Babri Masjid on Dec.6, 1992.

It was a natural Muslim reaction to a gory Hindu terrorist action.

All the criminals of this Indian history’s most heinous carnage (Babri Masjid) were allowed to go scot free and 15 years have lapsed. After this, thousands of Muslims were again killed in another set of organised mass murders in Bombay immediately after the Babri Masjid demolition in connivance with the Bombay police. The police itself killed many. The leader of these mass murders was the Shiv Sena Fuhrer, Bal Thackeray, who boasted saying “Muslims have now learnt the lesson as to how they should live in India”. What has the government done to this great master of criminals who declared that Muslims are non-Indians?

TADA FOR MUSLIMS

We know that India’s rulers have devised two sets of laws for the Brahminical people and the rest under their Manu’s Code which is in the heart and mind of every upper caste.

For the same offence, upper castes are treated lightly and punished mildly. Some of their acts are no crimes at all. For the same crime committed by a Dalit the trial and punishment are different.

They follow the Manu’s Code in mind and spirit and other laws only in words. Did we not say: How can there be justice in India where the police, prosecutor, jailor and hangman are all of the same caste? (V.T. Rajshekar, Why Godse Killed Gandhi?, DSA-1997).

To this long list we now add the journalist also. Earlier the great Dravidian leader, Periyar E.V. Ramaswamy, had said:

The infamous Manu’s code was designed by the Brahmins for two sinister purposes: One was to make themselves superior people entitled to live without physical labour and to make the sons of the soil inferior people condemned to serve as workers and look after the comforts of the superior castes.

The other was that if and when the Code was adopted by the government, the laws could be so enacted and justice administered in the courts as to preserve this inequality and inequity. Periyar has specifically referred to the “administration of justice” because enactment of laws is different from administration of justice. It starts with police prosecution, honest application of proper legal provisions, arrest and presentation of the accused before courts, gathering of proper evidence, proper prosecution by competent public prosecutors and honest, uncommitted and impartial judges. Some of the laws enacted by India are not as per the Manu’s Code but “administration of justice” certainly is. TADA for Muslims and other simpler laws for Hindus.

LAWS FOR BRAHMINS

Here are few provisions of the Manu’s Code showing the glaring discriminations:-

* A Brahmin shall not be punished by the king whatever the nature of wrong. (ch. 8.s.381).

* For any wrong done by Brahmin, including murder, punishment shall be to shave his head. (ch 8.s.379).

* A Brahmin who commits biggest crimes shall be banished from the land giving his property. (ch 8.s.380)

Laws for shudras

* A shudra’s tongue shall be cut off if he abuses a Brahmin. (ch. 8.s.270).

* If a shudra commands a Brahmin to do a thing, boiling oil shall be poured into his mouth and ears. (ch.8.s.272).

* A shudra who sits in the same seat occupied by a Brahmin shall have his loins branded or be expelled from the country. (ch.8 s.281).

* A sudra who attacks a Brahmin either with a stick or by hand shall have the parts of his body injured in the order smashed in his own. If he strikes with the hand, the hand and if kicks with the leg, his leg shall be cut off. (ch. 9 s.280).

* To kill women and non-Brahmins is not a sin. (ch.19.s.606).

Laws relating to evidence & trial

* A Brahmin is a great god whether he be saint or an idiot. (ch. 9 s.317).

* A shudra shall never be a judge of the Brahmins. (ch. 8, s.20).

* The truth of a statement made by a sudra may be tested by asking him to lift a hot iron rod or by drowning. (ch. 8, s.114).

* If the sudra does not get his hand burnt or if he floats on the water, his statement may be taken as truth. (ch.8, s.115).

The three cases — Babri Masjid destruction, mass murder of Bombay Muslims and the arrest and trial of the Bombay blasts’ accused under TADA are enough to prove how the Manu’s Code is operating in Hindu India.

SUPREME COURT MISCHIEF

In the former two crimes, there was no “administration of justice” at all. Nothing was done after the arrest and bail of some of the accused. Most of them, not touched at all. But in the third case, extraordinary enthusiasm and commitment was shown. Thousands of pages of written materials and articles were produced before the judge and court also took years and years.

Why this discrimination? Because of the Manu’s Code. As per this Code the abolition of untouchability as directed by the constitution became a scrap of paper.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR MUSLIMS

There is none in India to question all these. Even the Supreme Court connives in following the Manu’s Code. That is how the obnoxious laws of Manu are in practice in India.

Muslims are a “declared minority” in India and a “Minorities Commission” is also established to redress their grievances. Why all this special treatment for minorities? Because the UN wants it. The world wants it because being minorities they are not properly represented in the elective bodies. This drawback has to be met by other means like administrative actions i.e. proportionate representation in all institutions, proportionate distribution of national wealth, etc. and by giving special hearing to the statements of Muslim MPs and MLAs with concern and seriousness.

While selecting Muslim candidates for elections care must be taken to see they are genuine representatives of their people and not stooges.

SHAIKH SA’ADI ADVICE

All this has to be done not only from a sense of justice but also to see that India remains integrated and united. Just as the Muslims for 800 years and the British for 200 years ruled the country by creating genuine representations of the different people, the upper castes, today’s rulers, must ensure equity and justice.

Muslims during their rule were then guided by the political advice of their great political adviser, Shaikh Sa’adi, who narrated this incident from the life of Alexander the Great. Alexander when asked why he was held in high esteem by the conquered subjects, he said:

I never spoke ill of the great men of my subject nations. I always held them in high respect. (Gulistan-e-Sa’adi, Conduct of the kings).

BRITISH RULE WAS JUST & UNBIASED

This advice was strictly followed by all Muslim rulers right from the first, Qutubuddin Aibak of the slave dynasty, till the last of the Mughals. Even the independent Muslim princes during the British rule followed this rule. The other rajas and maharajas, most of them being Kshatriyas trained under the Mughal system, also followed the same.

There was no communal discrimination in the 600-odd princely states in which the Congress, the then biggest Brahminical party, did not enter till 1942 to create anti-Muslim feelings.

In the vast territory directly ruled by the British, the same was the law for all and administration of justice was similar to all. Since the higher judges were also British the application of judicious mind was the same:

* General Dyer of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre was not left untouched. He was court-martialled.

* Bal Gangadhar Tilak was prosecuted many times for his anti-Muslim activities hidden under confusing Hindu “patriotic” jargons.

* Abdul Rasheed was hanged for the murder of the Shudhi movement leader Swami Shradhanand, even though he was held as a great Muslim hero and hailed by the Muslims. There were fears of great reprisals if he was hanged.

HINDU TOPSY-TURVY RULE

* And M.K. Gandhi was sentenced to imprisonment a number of times despite fears of agitation.

All these prove that the British “administration of justice” was not biased.

The British knew that any laxity in rule of law and “administration of justice” would be disastrous.

That was how there was peace in large areas and for longer times. That was the British sense of justice. That is how a pygmy like M.K. Gandhi could oust them through “peaceful means” (so called ahimsa). Their principles were based upon justice, equality, and equity.

But what the Hindus (upper castes) are doing today is the exact opposite — one set of rules for the ruling upper castes . The rulers — whether MPs, MLAs, bureaucrats, businessmen, academics, judges are mostly upper castes. They all get special treatment. No enforcement of penal laws upon them. As against this, Muslim MPs, Muslim bureaucrats and judges are differently treated. Consider the well planned killing of a Muslim ex-MP Jaffery in broad daylight in Ahmedabad during the state-organised Gujarat Genocide of Muslims (2002).

As against this consider the following facts:

LALU JAILED

* The way L.K. Advani was arrested but later released and now moving about freely even to this day and till his death.

* So also Murli Manohar Joshi,

* George Fernandes, involved in the Baroda Dynamite Case, was instantly absolved after the Janata Party came to power in 1977.

* The failure to detect the killing of the Sikh leader, Sant Bhindranwale.

* Continuous harassment, arrests, jailing of the Backward Caste leader, Lalu Prasad Yadav, even when he was the Bihar Chief Minister.

WHY THIS DOUBLE STANDARDS?

There are many more cases of notorious Brahmin leaders let off like the Bangalore Papatti Jayalalita, P.V. Narasimha Rao, Kanchi Shankarachary etc.

There are two sets of rules in this country: One for the rulers (Hindus) and another for the slaves (non-Hindu SC/ST/BCs, Muslim/Christian/Sikhs) who together form over 85% of India’s population. Such a double standard shall continue as long as the Hindu rule lasts.

This is because the 85% non-Hindu Bahujans are the country’s original inhabitants but the 15% rulers are alien to this land being Aryan invaders. DV family members are well aware of these facts.

The Hindu rulers are guided by their “sacred books” which are against the egalitarian principles in the modern laws which if applied will kill their Hinduism.

Who wants his sacred doctrines to be obliterated? We cannot blame them for upholding their Manudharma but we only speak of the consequences.

All this is repeated because the verdicts on the Bombay blast victims are on expected lines. Some will be given death sentence, some life imprisonment and others mere punishments.

REACTION TO ACTION

Because the political thinking behind these blasts and the good human rights motives are of no consequence before law.

The government in its own interests ought to have either withdrawn the cases or put them on the same line as done with the Babri Masjid demolition. Release them on bail and put the case in cold storage.

This is what we would have done in the larger interests of India and Indians had the Bahujans been the rulers. But the Hindu rulers cannot do it. Hindu hate-mongers can never forgive and forget. His sadistic satisfaction is more important than India and Indians.

HINDU BLOOD IS RED BUT OUR BLOOD IS BLACK

Remember, the Bombay serial blast of 1993 was a Muslim reaction to the 1992 Babri Masjid demolition by Hindu terrorists. If the action of the Hindu terrorists was ghastly, the Muslim reaction was equally ghastly. But the rulers of the country being Brahminical the Hindu terrorist action was pardoned but only the Muslim reaction was taken up with a vengeance. The double standard in the application of law is very clear.

The Hindus would have certainly done this if some Hindus had been hijacked as was done when the plane carrying Hindus on flight from Kathamandu was hijacked and the hijackers demanded the release of their prisoners (Moulana Masud and others) in exchange for the release of the hostages. Had the hijacked plane been from Bangalore, Madras or Bombay carrying Muslim, Dalit and shudra passengers there would have been no exchange. Hindu blood is red but our blood is black.

AFZAL GURU AS HERO FOR MUSLIMS

Currently, a big cry is going on the death sentence of Mohamad Afzal Guru. Ghulam Nabi Azad, the Chief Minister of Kashmir, imbibed with the spirit of give and take, suggested commutation of death sentence, not in the interest of Afzal’s life or human concerns but merely on the ground that the Kashmiris would get a ready martyr around whom all the Kashmirs would rally and the fight could become more intense and prolonged. This is only a political move. Some saner elements in the ruling clique do understand this. But the “Hindu mind” does not allow this to happen. (V.T. Rajshekar, Know the Hindu Mind, DSA-1990).

The Brahmana Jati Party (BJP) is totally against this proposal. They want to provide a hero to the Kashmiris. In the interest of sharpening the contradictions that will make the Kashmiris more angry we also agree with the BJP.

If Afzal Guru is hanged even the non-Kashmiri Muslims would get a hero. Because Muslims of India lack such heroes now.

FOURTH BATTLE OF PANIPAT

Their earlier heroes, Mahmud of Ghazni, Mohamad Ghauri and Abdul Rasheed, killer of Swamy Shradhanand, are all forgotten.

They need a modern hero — a martyr for Muslim cause. We want Afzal Guru to whip up the Muslims and make them angry. We also want the Brahminical hate-mongers to hang him in public so that TV could cover it and generate more anger. Already such a fury is building up in all Muslim hearts. We will not be surprised if more persons of the Bombay blast are also hanged — true to the spirit of “Hindu mind” to help them become heroes.

Soon after the Babri Masjid demolition scores of shell shocked Muslims in Bangalore had come to our office to seek solace. But the same Muslims in mourning were joyous when Bombay exploded in retaliation (1993). They said:

“Our men have taken the revenge. They have paid the gurudakshina to Bal Thackeray.”

They said it was not a crime. It was a wonderful act to restore the national pride.

The Bombay serial blasts acted like the Fourth Battle of Panipat. The three earlier battles were decisive changing the very course of history and empowering the Muslims.

The same is the case with the Bombay blasts of 1993. Muslims will never, ever regret death sentences and long-term prison sentences. Islam teaches them to be brave even in the face of death. Look, how Saddam Hussein went to the gallows. Islam encourages supreme sacrifice and even death to protect their religion. That is the meaning of jehad.

Those in jails also will not regret. So also their relatives. Their sacrifice is great. Their bodies may suffer but not their hearts. They know that they have done a great duty to Islam and Muslims. Islam gives them spiritual strength. Neither they nor the Muslims will feel sorry. Rather they will be pleased that their sufferings will create more heroes and heroines to explode into powerful human bombs.

JEHADIS ON INCREASE

The number of Muslim fighters called jihadis (jihad means struggle) has increased year-by-year since 1993. You will soon see the fun. What will the cowardly Hindus do? They will certainly kill more Muslims. The cycle of death and destruction will, therefore, run faster and faster converting India into the world’s most violent country.

Unlike the past, Muslims have become more assertive and more angry after the 1993 Bombay blasts. We had predicted all this long back (DV May 16, 1993 p.7: “Babri Masjid will clean cow belt”).

SHAHABUDDIN CALLED SECOND JINNAH

We know some Muslim leaders do maintain silence and some dance with the enemies, shouting again and again that “Islam means peace”. They have never understood the “Muslim problem”. That is why the Muslim masses have totally ignored them. Because these “Muslim leaders” do not represent the Muslim masses.

There is no scope to push up “Muslim leaders” by Muslims anywhere except in a few constituencies in Kerala and Hyderabad. Muslim leaders are frightened to take up any Muslim issue as they will be branded communal by the Brahminical media.

KASHMIR STRUGGLE EXPANDS

Look at the big changes. Muslim masses are gradually joining Dalit and OBC parties led by Mayawati, Mulayam Singh, Lalu Pasad, Sharad Pawar etc. Muslim leadership is dying.

Remember, how Syed Shahabuddin was once called the “Second Jinnah” by the Brahminical media as though Jinnah, the greatest Muslim leader, was bad. Remember how some Hindu MPs had shouted “Jai Shri Ram” in Parliament soon after the Babri Masjid demolition. Muslims of the whole country were shocked at this but the Muslim MPs of Kashmir shouted back saying Allaho Akbar.

This was the turning point. Muslims were being slowly driven to the wall. They had no further space to go. Since then the Kashmiri Muslims lost all hopes and were forced to turn violent. They got the support of the Muslims from Pakistan-held Kashmir (Azad Kashmir), Pakistan itself and also from Afghanistan. Each group formed its own independent fighting front and launched resistance. The J&K police and security forces, all Muslims, were forced to fight their own brothers. Then the Central security forces were sent from Delhi. They also met with fierce resistance. After killing many and getting killed in large numbers, they realised that those whom they were killing were Dalits and shudra sepoys and jawans, whose brothers inside India were themselves victims of continuous Hindu atrocities.

GUJARATIS TARGETED

It was perhaps decided that Muslims should not kill Muslims and Dalits and the strategy was changed to aim exclusively at Hindu targets. With this design they chose the blastings in Bombay (1993), Chattisnghpura in J&K, Akshardham temple in Gujarat and again the recent Bombay train blast in Bombay (2006). The Hindu media and Hindu leaders screamed. The Muslims took this Hindu cry as their victory. The Brahminical media said the choice of first class compartments was to target the Gujaratis as a revenge against Gujarat Genocide of Muslims. The Gujarati Hindu leader Narendra Modi rushed to Bombay to wipe the tears of Gujaratis and announced another Muslim massacre. But the Hindu media protested saying “Don’t add fuel to the fire. The terrorists want you to do the same”. And Bal Thackeray put a plaster on his mouth to prevent himself from saying something even by mistake.

Muslims are being recklessly branded terrorists and on the slightest suspicion they are called Pakistani agents.

S.I.M.I. CALLED TERRORIST OUTFIT

A feeble Muslim youth organisation, Students Islamic Organisation of India (SIMI) was branded a terrorist organisation to cover up the intelligence failure. Hundreds and thousands of Muslims are arrested and locked up in jail for years but without any evidence. (DV Sept.16, 2006 p.16: “Reckless arrest of Muslims”).

BEGINNING OF FREEDOM STRUGGLE

The “Hindu mind” has forgotten so soon that any struggle for “national” freedom cannot be controlled. Once it starts, it moves in all directions including violence until it achieves its object. National liberation struggle generates the highest intoxication. Once it started among the Indians in 1857 it did not stop. The British rulers knew it and honourably gave independence to the Indians. But the lessons are forgotten so soon because of Hindu arrogance, ignorance and stupidity. Because the Hindu does not lose anything in these attempts to kill. Rather, he gains — higher jobs and promotions to his people in high posts, gallantry awards, commissions and kickbacks in arms purchase and even in the purchase of coffins for the dead soldiers.

On one side the Hindu rulers are enslaving the Dalits, BCs and Tribals and on another side they are killing the Muslims. This is what they mean by their Ahimsa.

U.S. CONCERN FOR ITS TROOPS

The US got its 3,000 soldiers killed and 20,000 crippled in the current war in Iraq. The American people wept at this loss of their men, though they did not shed a drop of tear on a 100 times greater loss of the Iraqis. At least they cried on the woes of their own people. They demanded an immediate end to the war. This happened within three years.

But in Kashmir, our own Indians have been dying for decades. We do not know for how long and how much they should die. But the “Hindu mind” is cool, unperturbed. The Hindu sleeps comfortably.

Can we say this “Hindu” belongs to this country called India of which he is a citizen? Does he love India?

No sense of loss or remorse on Kashmir because the dead and crippled are not his men. They are all Muslims, Dalits and Backward Castes. The Brahmin pandits scented the danger and left Kashmir before the war started. They left the battlefield of Kashmir well in advance to save their life and limb.

But the Hindus did not realise that the militants would penetrate deep into the Hindu heartland and blast them.

FAILURE OF SIKH STRUGGLE

The Kashmir militants took lessons from the failure of the Sikhs who had confined their struggle to Punjab. The Kashmiris did otherwise. So long as the militancy continued in Kashmir, there was not a whisper because the killers and the killed did not include Hindus. The Kashmiris were compelled to expand their operation into India and target the upper castes to educate other non-Hindus on the need to strike terror in the “Hindu heart” — their property, their endless pursuit of pleasure at others expense.

An important development of the new struggle of the Muslims is not to create “Muslim leaders”. Because they know that leaders are purchasable. Fight on, genuine leadership on its own will emerge from among the fighters. Speeches and ideas will not be covered by the Hindu media. They know only the language of boots. Direct action has the force of millions of words.

BRAHMIN PRESIDENT “NO” TO MEET DALIT M.P.s

Dalits and Backward Castes have also started taking lessons from this struggle. Their leaders are no better than the Muslim leaders. They are also victims like the Muslims and ignored by the media. The SC/ST/BCs are told that they are also Hindu but they got no privileges of the Hindus. The higher judiciary is out for the blood of SC/ST/BCs. Remember how a delegation of 120 Dalit MPs could not meet the then Brahmin President of India.

They have been also fooled by the naxalite Brahmin leadership. The entire top leadership of the naxalites is with the upper castes. Backward Naxalite and Dalits are used as cannon fodder.

Naxalite leader Gaddar, a Dalit, is used only to entertain the SC/ST/BC masses but when he challenged the upper caste leadership he was shot.

Maharashtra Dalits in December 2006 for the first time revolted, even rejecting their corrupt leadership. The Khairlanji killings of Dalits lit the fire of revolt. The desecration of Babasaheb’s statue at Kanpur added the fuel to fire. They burnt the famous Deccan Queen train used by the upper castes shuttling between Pune and Bombay. The Hindu comfort and sleep were disturbed.

Unrest and violence are fast spreading over the whole country as deprivation and exploitation of the “low castes” and violence against Muslims are increasing.

Will the upper castes hear and mend even at this late stage? We have no hope. Manu is dearer to them than the health and happiness of India. Without Manu there cannot be Hinduism.

That means the Hindus are certain to lose their rule over India. They would rather convert India into a big battlefield but would never, ever take lessons from history. Greater violence is the fate of India. We have predicted this many times. But sorry to predict it once again.
