DV proves right: OBC quota sabotaged

Bangalore: DV proves right in predicting Manmohan Singh has sabotaged OBC quota (DV Edit June 16, 2006). Arjun Singh has been sidelined and the reservation issue is taken out of his HRD Ministry. He constituted the 13-member Oversight Committee headed by Veerappa Moily who is playing the mischief at the behest of the PM. Moily wants to delay implementation and also do it phase-wise.

Upper caste NGOs & foreign funds

New Delhi: FCRA Act (Foreign Contributions Regulations Act 1976) 2002-03 report published by the Ministry of Home Affairs gives the total contributions received from abroad by NGOs in India. (http://mha.nic. in/fcra/annual/summary_2002_2003.pdf). The highlights are:

1. Total contributions received by NGOs in India during the year 2002-03 was Rs. 5,046 crores.

2. Highest state is Delhi Rs. 881 crores, Tamil Nadu Rs. 775 crores and Andhra Pradesh Rs. 630 crores in that order.

3. The largest donor countries are USA 1680 crores, Germany 715 crores and UK 683 crores in that order.

4. Leading donors were Ford Foundation (USA) 122 crores, World Vision International (USA) 90 crores, Foundation Vincent Spain 90 crores.

5. Largest recipient of contributions were World Vision Tamil Nadu 98 crores, Rural Development Trust, AP, 80 crores and Sri Sathya Baba Trust, AP 60 crores.

6. The top recipient district was Madras 363 crores, Bangalore 358, Bombay 284 crores. Trends - 1993-94 receipts Rs. 1,865 crores, 1999-2003 — 3,924 crores, 2002-03 Rs. 5,046 crores.

What is the amount received through non-banking channels like hawala?

A Hindu terrorist party analyst makes the following criticisms:

(1) US and German govts., both Christian, are the top donor countries. (2) Tamil Nadu and Andhra seem to be the focus of missionary activity. (3) Ford Foundation — Can we get a report of how it utilized the money in India? (4) World Vision International is the premier Christian NGO and top receiver of funds from abroad. (5) Madras is an area of focus for foreign funds. (6) Christian NGOs dominate the list of top recipients of foreign funds. (7) There are only three Muslim associations among the top recipients: (a) Saifee Hospital, Bombay (b) Aga Khan Foundation, Delhi. Obviously most of the money comes through Hawala. There are so many poor Blacks in the USA. Why Christian NGOs in the US are so keen to send the contributions to India?

Silence of NGOs: But the Christian-baiters are silent on the Satya Sai Baba Trust which is promoting Hindu terrorist interests. They are also silent about the enormous foreign funds received by the different Hindu terrorist outfits in India.

They are also silent about the single largest amount going to their cousins running the NGOs. The silence of the NGOs during the recent anti-reservation agitation proves their closeness to Brahminical forces.

Abbas as stooge of Israel

Bangalore: Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian President, has exposed himself as a stooge of zionist Israel and a puppet of America. His words and actions since he took over from Yasser Arafat have proved this. His latest proposal is to hold a referendum on recognising the hated zionist Israel’s existence — much against the wishes of the ruling Hamas and the people of Palestine.

Abbas, goaded by America and Israel, is continuing to confront Hamas and the anti-Muslim Western media is highlighting this as a “domestic power struggle”. The media is also trying to add ful to fire calling it a Fatah - Hamas clashes.

Hamas is the democraically elected govt. of Palestine but the democracy-loving Western racists are trying to starve the Palestinians for electing the Hamas Govt.

Abbas is acting as the stooge of hostile Israel which is backed by America. But Hamas is loved by the people of Palestine. How can he win the referendum?
