RESERVATIONS DIVIDING INDIA
Dalits ready for caste war but OBCs still sleeping

Without any doubt, caste-based reservations will become the real
foundation of Indian social revolution.
In 1715, East India Company provided reservation to Indians in
education and lower posts. It produced 15 ICS Brahmins. In 1946-47,
90% official posts were bagged mainly by Brahmins and other upper
castes. When India became “independent”, 90% Brahmin
officials were there to rule India. The miracle of Brahmin rule
was the result of reservation in posts and admission to educational
institutions provided by the British Govt. Brahmins were the principal
beneficiaries of British reservation system.
As against this, Shahu Maharaj provided 50% reservation to Backward
Castes in 1902 against which Brahmin Bal Gangadhar Tilak launched
a direct war.
However, reservation policy under the leadership of Babasaheb
Ambedkar took a new shape in 1932 when a British PM with a good
heart provided reservations to SC/STs in education, employment
and elected offices. The Constitution of India on Jan.26, 1950
provided 25% reservation to SC/STs.
It is all due to Dalit struggle. OBCs (Backward Castes) are getting
some reservation through the Mandal Commission though the BCs fought
against the Mandal Commission. When Arjun Singh again has talked
of OBC reservation, upper castes are opposing. That means the maha
layaks (meritwalas) have launched a war against the maha
nalayaks (brainless OBCs). But it is again the Dalits who
are getting ready to hit back maha layaks.
The OBCs are silent. They may not come this time also to fight
the upper castes. But every Dalit (educated or not) is getting
ready to fight a street battle against the maha layak bogus
meritwalas.
In reality, this is not a war for and against reservations. This
is a socio-cultural war between upper castes and the “low
castes”, between the 15% savarnas (racists) and
the 85% avarnas — dark-skinned Dravidas, between
the haves and the havenots, between the rulers and the ruled, between
the Aryan invaders and the indigenous.
India is going to be divided into two major socio-political groups — pro-reservation
vs. anti-reservation group. Such a divide will also kill many political
parties. Every party will split into two groups. The war will help
unite the SC/ST and OBC people. Muslim, Christian and Budhist groups
will also join. But the upper castes (Hindus) and upper caste Sikhs
and upper caste Christians will openly declare war against our
people.
Within the next 15 years, India will get divided into two enemy
camps on the reservation lines. Ultimately it will be a revolution
paving way for socio-political, socio-cultural, socio-economic
change in India. SC/ST/OBC and Muslim/Christian/Budhists must jump
into this war.
DV is beating the war drums to wake up our people.

Reconstruct Indian history
A.H. SALUNKHE, “LOKAYAT”, NO-13 -YESHWANT NAGAR, GENDAMAL,
SATARA - 415 002
My Marathi book, Balivamsh, is about King Bali and his
forefathers as well as the generations that followed him. Bali
is one of the greatest figures of ancient India and particularly
of Indian masses that have loved and honoured him through the ages.
He was a great believer in justice and equality. Throughout his
life, he fought against Brahminical injustice, without caring for
his wealth, kingdom or even his life.
The book (2005, 448 pages) has 11 chapters along with a list over
500 references. The first chapter of the book is introductory.
The point is one may read the myths in Brahminical literature but
should never accept the Brahminical interpretation of them. We
can find our social and cultural history in those myths if we interpret
them with our own free intellect.
Asuras owned India: The
next two chapters deal with the cultural conflict in ancient India.
The so-called devas, asuras, rakshasas etc.
were human beings. The asuras were the real owners of
this land and they had created a great human culture. The devas deceitfully
defeated them, destroyed their cities etc. and captured their land.
The sovereign kings like Shambar, Namuchi, Vritra etc. were mercilessly
killed. Even the meanings of the words like asura (having asu or
great power), das (giver of donations, a great king) were
changed and shades of insult, despise etc. were added to their
original meanings.
The fourth chapter deals with wars fought, for protecting freedom,
by the forefathers of Bali. Hiranyaksh, Hiranyakashipu, Prahlad,
Virochan and Kapil are the main figures that are dealt with here.
Most of them sacrificed their lives. The worst thing that hurts
us is their character- assassination by the Brahminical writers.
Prahlad, the grandfather of Bali, was also killed by the devas,
but he was shown as a devotee of the devas. Virochan and
Kapil were great philosophers. Virochan propounded the Charvaka philosophy
and Kapil gave birth to the Sankhya philosophy. The latter
was gradually Brahminised.
Why Bali was killed: The sixth chapter describes
Bali as ‘a beloved person who should be preserved by us in
the heart of our seven hearts.’ The Brahmins try to justify
his killing by telling that he hated the Brahmins. But, in fact,
Bali did not hate the Brahmins and gave equal opportunity to them
also. On the contrary, he himself was hated by the Brahmins because
he was not ready to give them special privileges, which could dominate
and enslave the masses. A number of rules from the Brahminical
scriptures are discussed here.
The next chapter deals with the real meaning of the three footsteps
of Vamana. Yajna (sacrifice), veda and language
are the three footsteps. It is with these instruments that the
Brahmins defeated the Indian masses.
The seventh chapter deals with the history of Vrinda and Jalandhar
along with Bali’s son Ban. The next chapter deals with some
of the books, persons etc. who entertained thoughts similar to
those of Bali.
South India hated: The ninth chapter deals with
a different subject. The vedic people described the southern direction
as inauspicious because the southern states like Karnataka, Tamil
Nadu, Kerala and Maharashtra respected Bali etc.
The tenth chapter deals with some major reasons for the repeated
defeats of the masses. Mental slavery is one of the main reasons.
The concluding 11th chapter discusses that we, the Indian masses,
must reconstruct our historical heritage, free ourselves from all
types of slavery and lead a free, bright, brilliant, prosperous
and healthy life.

Forgotten cultural revolution
Brother A.H. Salunkhe, the philosopher of Maharashtra’s
emerging Shiva Dharma movement — a Marath
religious revolt against Brahminism — makes a very important
point in his latest Marathi book, Balivamsha.
The book has to be done in Hindi and English to get the widest
attention in this vast intellectual desert called India. Translating
a Marathi book into Hindi is not difficult as the script is the
same. Salunkhe deals with the most important subject of cultural
revolution which is the need of the hour. But the leadership
of the enslaved Bahujans is running after the elusive political
power brainwashed by their very Brahminical slave owners. In
two tiny books — Aggression on Indian Culture and Grave
Diggers of History (DSA-2001)— we had dealt with
the same subject five years ago but the victims of Brahminism
did not take it seriously. Brahminical poison injected into their
veins has brought thinking itself to a standstill. If this is
the position among the Dalits —the country’s most
revolutionary section — how can we expect the Marathas,
the ruling caste of Maharashtra, to heed the warnings of Salunkhe?
DV will be ready to serialise the Balivamsha book
if an authentic translation is presented to us — EDITOR.

Killing Dalit in HP Narmedh yagya
S.C. MUSAFIR,NATIONAL INSURANCE CO. LTD., PALAMPUR, KANGRA DT. -
176 061
Narmedh yagya (human sacrifice) is still being performed
in Himachal Pradesh. A Beira caste man (Dalit) is slected every
time by the Brahmin priests.
On Dec.25, 2005 the yagya was performed at Rorhu (Shimla
dt.) which is the constituency of HP Chief Minister Virbhadra.
India’s Brahminical media had given so much publicity to
this heinous act praising it as a great religious event and part
of their Hindu culture.
Before 1971, HP was part of Punjab. The Punjab Govt. had banned
this ritual in 1962. Brahmins forced the HP Govt. to remove the
ban. Virbhadra belongs to the royal family and son of Raja Padhma.
The priests call a Beira into the temple and ask him to prepare
a long grass rope. This takes three or four months. During this
period nobody can meet him, not even his family members. The priests
then order him to tie one end of the rope with the khunta tied
to the top of valley and other end to the bottom. A day before
the narmedh the priests tour the village. Hundreds of
animals are slaughtered to celebrate the visit of the priests.
Wine and meat are served to Brahmins.
But these crooked fellows call themselves pure vegetarian and
denounce non-veg in the name of their religion. But here they drink
and eat meat. This is Hinduism.
The priests finally call the Beira to temple and give him bath,
make him worship their god Parshuram, put a crown of panchratna on
his head. Finally, he is given a coffin and ask him to carry it
to the top of the hill. He is made to sit on the rope and then
given a big push. His wife is asked to pray to save her husband’s
life. The length of the rope is about 3 kms. The govt. has forced
the Brahmins to shorten the rope and also put a net under the rope
to save the life of the Beira. Thousands of people watch this celebration.
When the Beira finally falls at the bottom before his wife, the
Brahmins with swords hit the panchratna crown of the Beira.
If he remains alive, they bring him into the temple with his wife
who then will dress like a bride. The Brahminical media shows this
live on their TV. Brahmins tell him that if he survives at the
19th attempt, he will be treated as Brahmin. But this never happened.
No Beira caste man lived to become Brahmin in the history of Narmedh
Yagya. The Beiras never performed the yagya on their
free will but forced by Brahmins. We call upon DV family members
to protest and demand a ban on this human sacrifice in the name
of Hinduism. (sc.musafir@nic.co.in)

3% Brahmins rule India like 3% Jews in USA
BRIG. (R) USMAN KHALID, DIRECTOR, LONDON INSITUTE OF SOUTH ASIA,
LONDON, U.K.
Clear thinking is the hallmark of great leaders. It was Sir Syed
Ahmed Khan who said it was not the British but the Hindu who were
the principal enemy of the Muslims. In consequence, the Muslims
started to get education and apply for government jobs. It equipped
them for the fight on two fronts, the departing imperial power
of Britain, and the “want to be imperial power” of
Brahmanism. (I prefer to use the word Brahmanism in preference
to Hinduism because this faith is founded on the idea that people
are unequal by birth and the Brahmins are superior). Since the
Bahujan (native peoples of India) are the majority in India and
Dalits are surely not Hindu, calling all of them Hindu is to endorse Hindutva — the
religious doctrine of VHP and the political doctrine of BJP.
M.A. Jinnah became the Quid e Azam of the Muslims as
he displayed the same clarity of vision when the World War-II started.
While the Hindus started the Quit India Movement he agreed to support
the British war effort. The result was that even though the population
of the Muslims in British India was 25% the number of Muslim soldiers
in the British Indian Army rose to 56%. Among the non-Muslims,
the Sikhs accounted for the largest segment even though they were
only 2% of the population. The result was a huge shift in the focus
of politics and of power. The Muslims got military training, saw
the world and got a huge boost in self confidence. The transformation
of the Punjab and the NWFP - the land of the ‘martial races’-
was huge. Nothing could stop Pakistan after that.
I see that the VHP/BJP propaganda is now being carried out on
Sindhi E Groups. We should resist being confused. India is ruled
by Brahmanism even though Brahmins are only 3% of the population
of India —the same way as 3% Jews rule the USA. We know our
enemy as clearly as our Quaid e Azam did. Brahmanism — an
anti-human and anti-reason cult — is the enemy of not just
the Muslims but also of the Sikhs, Dalits, Tribals and Other Backward
castes (OBCs). It is because of Jinnah’s clear vision that
Muslims are sovereign in Pakistan and Bangladesh today. It is by
learning from his example that the Sikhs, tribals of Assam, and
other nations in South India would secure sovereignty and freedom.

Pramod : A model for vaidik world
COMRADE AYYANKALI
Congratulations. DV is India’s only paper to boldly publish
the shocking truth, “Manuwadi media & Pramod Mahajan” (DV
May 16, 2006 p.21), reported by me
The great BJP hero ,Pramod Mahajan, was shot because he had affairs
with his own brother’s wife. This was indirectly referred
in Sujata Anandan’s column in the Hindustan Times,
Bombay. Pramod personally chose brother Pravin’s
wife when he noticed her at a college festival. The Brahminical
corrupt media will never publish this story because those who run
it have also been supplied with film actresses by Pramod Mahajan.
Not only that. He was the one who used to collect thousands of
crores for party funds from the Bania capitalist scum who run the
major media enterprises in India. Of course, Pramod ensured that
his Brahmana Jati Party made policy decisions to suit
these corrupt businessmen. Naturally they won’t like anything
about him coming out in print or TV. These whore-journalists working
for such sleazy capitalist scum also love Pramod who also worked
as a “supplier” to A.B. Vajpayee. He was close to all
industrialists and businessmen who have a lot to hide. That is
how Mrs. Shivani Bhatnagar case is also suppressed. But none of
this will ever come out. Even if it comes out nobody is bothered. Vaidiks want
to make him a celebrity, worship and emulate him.
He might even become a role model. Pramod represents the cream
of today’s fascist upper caste youth. God save this country
from such a youth and the media that lionises them. Pramod Mahajan’s
real life story can be a fantastic plot for a Hindi film. Almost
all the heroes and gods worshipped by the Brahminical people belong
to the category of Pramod Mahajan. Read Dr. Ambedkar’s Riddle
of Rama & Krishna (DSA-1995).
The notorious Kanchi Shankarachari involved in a series of sex
scandals, murders and corruption continues to be the “living
god” for the vaidik vultures. Respect and reverence
goes with jati. Your “caste identity” thesis
cannot get a better defence than the Brahmin love for their jati.
Under Hinduism or Brahminism respect and reverence goes with caste.

LETTERS TO EDITOR
Prof. Alif-ud-Din Turabi, Chief Editor, KIC,
Post Box - 2292, Islamabad -4400, Pakistan: We are making a programme
to invite you. I am a great admirer of Dalit Voice, especially
its heroic struggle against the so-called upper castes and have
translated a number of your articles in Arabic which have been
published in our Arabic magazine, Kashmir-ul-Muslima.
I have also written a book about Hinduism in Arabic language. Similarly
I am a great admirer of your Dali-Muslim unity movement for which Dalit
Voice has been struggling for the last so many years. I consider
it the only way to liberate India from the clutches of the upper
castes. But at the same time I have been so much surprised even
shocked to find an article in DV (Dec.16, 2005) written by Dr.
(Mrs.) Ajeet Jawed under the title, “Jinnah never wanted
Pakistan”. I have read the article thoroughly and I
consider it a conspiracy of the upper castes against the noble
cause of Dalit-Muslim unity.
