Justice : Brahminical style in India
Mrs. SUNITA ABHIJEET, 71/B - LOTUS COURT-A, HARI BHAKTI COLONY, RACE
COURCE CIRCLE, BARODA - 390 007
I am citing some of the contrasting incidents which took place
between India's two rival sections — Brahminical people and Mulniwasi Bahujans.
(1) Gandhi vs Gandhi: When M.K. Gandhi, a Gujarati
Bania, was shot dead by Nathuram Godse, a Chitpavan Brahmin, not
even a soul was hurt leave aside killing of anyone in revenge but
when Mrs. Indira Gandhi, a Kashmiri Brahmin, was shot dead by a
Sikh bodyguard, over 5,000 Sikhs were butchered, Sikh women were
raped and properties worth several hundred crores were looted and
destroyed by the Hindus in Delhi and outside.
(2) IMDT Act vs. Ramjanma Bhumi: The Brahminical
judiciary recently repealed the 22-year-old IMDT Act 1983 converting
20 millions Indian Dalits into aliens in one stroke. But the same
judiciary has refused to decide the Babri Masjid cases for several
decades since the same has the effect of robbing all Brahminical
parties of an issue of Muslim "appeasement" (which is
a non-issue for the masses).
(3) Godhra vs. Gujarat pogrom: On 27/2/2002 at
Godhra (Gujarat), 59 people travelling in S-6 compartment of Sabarmati
Express were burnt alive. Some Hindu terrorist outfits spread rumors
that Muslims burnt the Rambhaktas returning
from Ayodhya. But was there such a conspiracy? (U.C. Banerjee panel
has investigated the incidents and confirmed that the same was
an accident). The Godhra carnage led to the "Gujarat Genocide".
In fact, these were not riots but a well planned pogrom in which
over 2,000 Muslims were killed by Hindu terrorists with the tacit
support of the administration. The Gujarat Govt. not only failed
to protect Muslims but did everything to protect the murderers
when cases were launched against them. Supreme Court confirmed
this when the Best Bakery case was transferred from Gujarat to
Bombay. All the accused in the train-burning case are Muslims and
all of them are languishing in the jails for the last four years
under POTA, whereas not a single person involved in the "Gujarat
Genocide" is arrested under POTA.
(4) Best Bakery — Baroda trial vs. Bombay retrial: As
part of the "Gujarat Geoncide", 14 Muslims were burnt
alive in the Best Bakery at Baroda. Trial Judge H.U. Mahida of
the royal family of Rajpipla, Gujarat, acquitted all 21 accused.
He cited communal tension, failure of industrial policy and discontent
over reservation policy as the three major reasons for riots breaking
out in the country. What reservation policy has to do with the
burning alive, raping, tearing apart the wombs, killing children
and inflicting other unmentionable atrocities on Muslims? The judge
was about to be rewarded but the media and public scuttled the
move.
Later the Supreme Court transferred this case to Bombay for re-trial,
which was conducted by Judge Abhay Thipsay who convicted 9 persons.
How the same case was decided against some of the accused in which
every thing was same except the judge? Before Thipsay, 9 out of
75 witnesses turned hostile while in Baroda 68 turned hostile.
Didn't a legal luminary once said that law is what the judge says
and not what is written in the statute books?
(5) Jessica vs. Salman Khan: When actor Salman
Khan kills a black buck in isolation in the middle of a forest,
he gets jail sentence for an year by magistrate Rajpurohit. Entire
Bishnoi community got united (a rare phenomenon in a Hindu community)
to get Salman Khan punished. But when Manu Sharma (a Brahmin) shoots
a living girl (Jessica Lal) dead in the presence of 50 "esteemed" guests,
seven years later he walks away scot free. S.L. Bhayan was promoted
to the High Court. Bhayana hails from Haryana where Manu Sharma's
father is a minister. Incidently the ace investigator of the case
was none other than a "meritorious" Brahmin, Surendra
Sharma, police inspector. Birds of the feather flock together.
(6) P.V. Narasimha Rao vs. Lalu Prasad Yadav: Brahminical
media does not miss any opportunity to tarnish the image of a highly
popular mass leader, Lalu Prasad Yadav, and keeps on reminding
the Indian public that he is having nine children as if he is solely
responsible for the failure of family planning. But the same media
becomes blissfully ignorant on the children of P.V. Narasimha Rao
(Brahmin), former PM who had 11 children.
Lalu is being hounded by different agencies including the CBI,
courts, IT Depts. etc. in every possible way for his alleged involvement
in the fodder scam in which there is no proof of his involvement.
Not only this. The progress of the case is being monitored by the
higher courts but Rao was acquitted by this very watchful impartial
meritorious judiciary in the case of Rs. 1-crore bribe from Harshad
Mehta and bribing four MPs of JMM (Rs. 40 lakh to each MP) for
saving his government in parliament. Our conscience-keepers (courts)
did not take note of the testimonies offered by Mehta and Shibu
Soren before the national and international media. In fact Harshad
Mehta shouted over roof tops as to how he stacked currency notes
in the alleged brief case before the full public glare but our
courts and media refused to take a note of the same.
(7) Judeo Singh vs. Bangaru Laxman: In a TV sting
operation, Bangaru Laxman (a Dalit), the then president of BJP,
was caught on camera accepting Rs. 1 lakh for party fund. The poor
fellow was sacked as party chief but when Judeo Singh, a royal
blue blood, was caught in similar operation accepting a much larger
bribe he was rewarded with MP seat in Rajya Sabha. Whenever the
media gives instances of BJP misdeeds it quotes Bangaru Laxman
only but Judeo forgotten.
(8) Pandit Sukh Ram vs. Mayawati: Pt. Sukhram
(Brahmin), former Telecom Minister of Rao's cabinet, was involved
in a huge telecom scandal. When his house was raided, the CBI found
Rs. 3 crore in his bedroom. To avoid arrest he ran out of the backdoor
of his residence like a thief. Our meritorious judiciary has not
yet decided the case. Probably they are waiting for an opportunity
to absolve panditji of every sin. Whereas Mayawati (a Dalit mass
leader) is being persecuted by the same court in the so-called
Taj Corridor scandal. CBI told the court that no case could be
launched against her in the absence of sufficient evidences. But
the apex court is not allowing the CBI to close the case. On the
contrary, they are trying different methods such as disproportionate
assets case etc. to somehow implicate her.
The Brahminical media is faithfully giving imaginary figures of
a Rs. 120 crore scandal. How Taj Corridor scandal can involve so
big an amount of money when the total work done till date is not
more than a few crore rupees? The media loves to hound Dalits.
Why do Mulnivasi Bahujans get bugged up? Did not the Manusmriti say
when a shudra abuses a Brahmin, he should be hanged? And when a
Brahmin kills a shudra, he should only
be warned?
What then is the moral of the story? Hail Manusmriti.
That is Manuwadi's way of doing justice.
What should be our response?
We either accept the Manuwadi justice
and perish or fight back and destroy Brahminism. Choice is ours.

LETTERS TO EDITOR
Federation of Indian American Christian Organizations
of North America, Inc.(FIACONA), 110-Maryland Ave.,
NE Suite #303, Washington, DC, 20002: Mrs. Shelley Thomas, wife
of Dr. Samuel Thomas of Emmanuel Missions of India, met officials
in Washington, over her husband's politically motivated arrest
near Delhi. She appealed to the officials to intervene on behalf
of her husband who was arrested by the Rajasthan police near
New Delhi on March 16. She was accompanied by Michael Glenn,
the executive director of the US operations of the organization.
Dr. Samuel Thomas, president of Emmanuel Missions of India (EMI)
was visiting a Supreme Court Attorney, R.K. Jain, in Noida, to
discuss his legal options. The Rajasthan police came to know
about the meeting and were waiting for him. We express our deep
concern for the safety and security of Christian leaders in India.
The EMI mission, which runs a number of institutions including
schools, orphanages and a hospital, has been falsely accused
by the BJP of publishing a controversial book that allegedly
insults their sentiments. EMI founder Bishop M.A. Thomas, his
son Dr. Samuel Thomas, and other staff of the mission are facing
arrest. On March 16, several plain clothes men grabbed Dr. Samuel
Thomas as he was about to meet R.K. JKain. They forced him into
a car and drove away. Dr. Graham Staines, who was running a leprosy
mission in Baripada in Orissa was burnt alive together with his
sons in January 1999. The book in question written ten years
ago was authored by an advocate, M.G. Mathew, of Kerala and was
intended as a rebuttal to the book, Bunch of Thoughts,
by M.S. Golwalkar of the Hindu terrorist party RSS. Bunch
of Thoughts is an assault on the pluralist multi-cultural
and multi-religious traditions of India. The book praises the
policies of the Third Reich as a suitable solution to the problems
of pre-war Germany among other such provocative thoughts. John
Prabhudoss of FIACONA criticised the Govt. of India for violating
the human rights of Christian leaders.

DEVELOPMENT REDEFINED
Know Caste to Know India
India’s most original thinker warns of danger
ahead
The country is fast getting divided into two “nations”:
the city-based ruling class which lives in its own dream land and
the others who are not only slaves but the world’s only slaves
enjoying their slavery. Sandwiched between the two nations the
country is parallysed. Our unique caste system and the karma theory
might have averted a bloody revolution but it pushed the country
into stagnation and stink. Our entire planning and development
process is collapsing - caught in this contradiction between the
two nations.
V.T. Rajshekar, Editor of India’s only revolutionary
journal, Dalit Voice, and author of about
100 world-famous books, prescribes a panacea to prevent India becoming
a failed state. The book is the result of over 10 years of field
work, consultations with public leaders, planners, grassroot workers
and social scientists. It deals with a subject which no scholar
dared to touch. It is studded with rare insights, flashes of brilliance,
great learning, grasp of the intricacies ofIndian life and at the
same time extremely provocative.

A must reading
Swami Vivekananda's wholesale attack on Brahmins
CASTE, CULTURE & SOCIALISM
A book which the Brahmins stopped publishing
The great Vedantist says the Brahmins are not amenable
to law. He is above the king and his body cannot be hurt. Says
most of the Upanishads are written by Kshatriyas. Our greatest
teachers are all Kshatriyas and not Brahmins. He is angry that
Brahmins called him a shudra being a Kayasth by caste in Bengal.
He criticises the arrogance of Brahmins. If a Brahmana killed a
man he is not punished. Even the most wicked of Brahmin has to
be worshipped (p. 55). He is very critical of the caste system
created by Brahmins. Says "priestcraft is the bane of India" (p.60).
He differs with Brahmins and says the caste system is blocking
India's progress (p.86). He warns Brahmins that their arrogance
is the sign of death (p.91). When the masses wake up and learn
the crookedness of Brahmin, the Brahmin
will be blown off (p.103), he warns.
