Happy news from America
OUR CORRESPONDENT

Bangalore: Happy news has started leaking out from the US confirming the different DV predictions on the steady fall and slow death of America. The zionist controlled ruling Republican Party's majority leader in the House of representatives, Tom DeLay, is convicted on criminal charges. Big news. He is America's second most powerful man after President Bush and the brain behind the ruling Neo-Conservatives who are tightly controlled by zionists. With Neo-cons in turmoil, US losing in Iraq which is heading for a civil war, dollar collapsing, (Kat) Rina and Rita lashing US Gulf, Bush is in jitters. Happy news. The US media is a dog under zionist leash - Truth is not allowed to leak out. Yet we can make out the rumblings.

Dalit Christian demand is fine but not within SC quota
OUR CORRESPONDENT

Bangalore: Joseph Dsouza, president of the Dalit Freedom Network and All-India Christian Council has criticised the Govt. of India's double standards in dealing with Dalit Christians and asked the US Govt. to denounce the "illegal and immoral" denial of religious freedom to Dalit Christians. In his testimony before the US Congressional Committee on International Relations in Washington on Oct.6, he said the India's ruling upper castes were practising apartheid against their own people and named the Brahmin caste people as the culprits behind this man-made crime of classifying people into pure and impure.

Controllers of all thought: History says the Brahmin created the caste system - the cause of India's decline and fall - and placed himself at the top of this caste pyramid. Brahmin rulers of India enforced the dehumanising caste system - which is the other name for Hinduism - but advertised it as the greatest democratic social order and thereby deceived the whole world. The cries of the victims of caste system, particularly that of Untouchables who were crushed under the weight of this caste pyramid, could never be heard by outsiders. Because the creators of the caste system, the Brahmins, were also the controllers of all thought and never allowed the stink inside India to spread outside.

Constitution sabotaged: What is still more shocking is the denial of religious freedom to Dalits who got converted to Christianity to escape from the Hindu gas chamber. The Constitution of India assured the right to convert but as the rulers of India they sabotaged the Constitution itself. Untouchables crushed under Hinduism, tried to escape into Budhism, Sikhism, Islam, Christianity - the different liberating religions. But the Hindu rulers chose to punish only the Christian converts by denying them constitutional reservations.

Even the courts of India proved to be Hindu because the judges were also mostly upper castes.

Joseph Dsouza asked the US Congress to consider such a denial of religious freedom to India's Untouchables as illegal and immoral.

The Presidential Order of 1950, which can't be above the Constitution of India, was amended in the case of Dalit Sikhs and Budhists but India's Hindu Govt. and Hindu judiciary did not want to relax it in the case of Dalit Christian. They fear large-scale conversion which certainly will burst the bubble of Hindus claiming to be 85% of India's population.

Burning house of Hindu: Hinduism is an Aryan import. The Untouchables, being the original inhabitants of India, could never be Hindu. They were only made Hindu in the Constitution framed by Hindus. No Untouchable liked to remain in the burning house of the Hindu. Dr. Ambedkar, the Father of India and their only emancipator, cursed Hinduism and embraced Budhism. (Read Why Go for Conversion?, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, 1986). Dalit Voice has been asking Dalits to quit Hinduism and embrace any religion of their choice. We have produced lot of literature on this subject. The editor himself had quit Hinduism 15 years ago and became a Budhist.

Joseph Dsouza's testimony before the US Congressional Committee should come as warning to the Govt. of India and also the Supreme Court which is expected to take up the Dalit Christian petition on Oct.18, 2005.

Warning to Dalit Christians: However, the Dalit Christian leaders should not repeat their earlier mistake and play into Hindu hands when they demand that Dalit Christians be given Scheduled Caste (SC) status, meaning that they too should be included in the SC list. The Hindu terrorists are waiting for the Dalit Christians to commit this mistake. They will certainly misinterpret this demand and instigate the (Hindu) Dalits against Christian Dalits. Dalits are already suffering by the denial of the 18% reservations assured in the Constitution. The Brahminical people sabotaged the Constitution and deceived the Dalits.

When the Dalits are already angry and suffering the Dalit Christian demand for inclusion in the reserved quota will be exploited by the Hindu terrorists. They will instigate Dalits against Dalit Christians and make brothers fight brothers. Brahminical people are experts in the law of contradictions and exploit every contradiction to their advantage.

DV has warned about this danger many times. Hence the Dalit Christians must demand a separate quota (outside the existing SC quota) in proportion to their population. Once they get it (there is no doubt about it) Dalit Christians will be a great tower of strength to the Dalit movement.

Turkey may lose Muslim identity
OUR CORRESPONDENT

Bangalore: Forty-two years after promising to admit Turkey into the White Western racist "Christian club", it finally got the chance on Oct.4, 2005 -not to come in straightaway but wait outside its gate for another decade or so. But Turkey is swallowing all the insults. Several times we have warned that the price is too high for entering the European Union. Our fear is that the condition may be that Turkey should cease to be Islamic. Is Turkey ready to sacrifice its identity and incur the wrath of the whole Muslim world?

In its desperate bid to rush into the EU, Turkey's long journey may end up sacrificing Islam itself. It may gain from joining EU by making it prosperous but it will be at the cost of sacrificing its identity.

Court kills Muslim character of AMU
OUR CORRESPONDENT

Bangalore: The recent Allahabad High Court verdict stripping the Aligarh Muslim University's minority character has deeply hurt the Muslims (20%) who form the country's single largest community. The Constitution has given the highest place to social justice but this judgment has killed it - once again proving that India's higher judiciary is anti-Muslim, anti-Bahujan.

The Brahminical judges are re-writing the Constitution. They say "the minorities" have only the right to establish institutions but not the right to administer them. Is it not clear that the intention is to destroy its minority character?

But the same higher judiciary is all in favour of keeping the Hindu temples only in the custody of Brahmins.

Slowly and steadily the minority Brahminical people are imposing their Brahminical fascist rule over India. Are the Muslims getting angry?

Dalit surgeon dismissed

Dr. Ashok Bhoyar, the distinguished cardiac surgeon at Nagpur and a noted Dalit writer, has been dismissed from a Brahmin hospital at Nagpur for criticising the casteist Brahmins - thereby becoming a hero for the entire Bahujans. DV family members may write (address: No. 46 - Hill Road, Shivaji Nagar, Nagpur - 440 010, email: bhoyarmilind@rediffmail.com) to express their solidarity. His detailed Letter will appear in our next issue - EDITOR.

Is America changing?
OUR CORRESPONDENT

Bangalore: A columnist in a prestigious London journal says the once decaying American society is recovering and becoming healthier. Is this true?

"Society is in a process of repairing itself after the big dislocations of the 1960s, when rates of crime, pre-marital sex and family breakdown began to surge. (The annual number of divorces, for example more than doubled between the mid-1960s and the mid-1970s). The figures for teenage pregnancy and abortion are both declining. Crime is down (America now has fewer burglaries per head than Canada) and divorce is beginning to drop, particularly among the college-educated, as the children of divorced parents re-embrace the nuclear family. Most young Americans say they believe in god and love their family". (Lexington, The Economist, Oct.1, 2005).

Is Lexington speaking the truth?

The White American rulers let down the Black victims of Katrina and allowed them to die like flies. They also remained unmoved by the mounting deaths and destruction in Iraq at the hands of the US troops.

How can Lexington say the Americans are changing?

LETTERS TO EDITOR:-

Vaibhav Wasnik, (wasnik@physics.arizona.edu): I read your magazine on-line. I am beginning to like it because it gives grassroot level knowledge of Indian caste polity. In your recent Dalit Voice there was an article by Sanjay Chaudhary of BHU who wants to start a Dalit Panther movement (DV Oct.1, 2005 p. 15). I need his email (I am in the US and writing letters is cumbersome). I can help them with books on the Ambedkarite movement etc. I did read your book on "caste identity" thesis. It is really shameful that this book does not find any mention in the Indian media but I see in it a grassroot knowledge of Indian polity. I have seen a lot of our people criticising the "caste identity" thesis, glossing over actual facts. It is just like the Brahmins saying that reservations divide India. Your thesis is not only good for the Dalits but for the BCs and OBCs as well so that it shouldn't happen that a single community monopolises the benefits meant for the whole segment of the society. Your thesis will help the Dalits and the BCs to come together. In India, we have just a few powerful Backward Castes (Yadavs and Jats) becoming dominant and oppressing the others below them in the North belt. When everybody gets a share, there is no monopoly. It is just as dividing the family property among siblings, you just divide evenly not to cause problems. As long as there are differences in a society, the only way we can have social equilibrium, if we are considering dividing quantities which are scarce, is if all these segments of the society get an equal share. Otherwise there is going to be oppression. The main aim that Babasaheb had for our society was a society where there is no oppression of any kind and playing by the logic that caste is an integral part of Indian society. We cannot end oppression until every caste gets its final share in the working of the country. However weird this argument sound, I don't see any practical way against it for today.

After criticising us badly and even asking us to stop sending DV on becoming a subscriber, you have finally changed your opinion and started praising us. Thank you. At last wisdom dawned upon you. The problem is only with our educated elite Dalits. The village-dwelling illiterate Dalits have no confusion. Now that you say you like DV and our "caste identity" thesis, tell us how can you promote our literature in US - EDITOR.

Dr. Parvez Khan, Bahnhonforplatz-2a, 50667, koln, Germany: I have received all the issues of Dalit Voice, including the one in which you published "Gandhi prostitutes in Holland". There was also a Letter of Massari who is a well known Saudi Opposition leader and lives in London. As result of a recent 40 billion Euro weapon deal between Saudi Arabia and England, he will now face deportation back to Saudi Arabia. We get his revolutionary emails from time to time (In Holland, the English people are hated by all and called "Cockroaches" because they are considered to be the dirtiest people of the world. English people don't bathe for months and months). I have made many photocopies of this "Gandhi prostitutes" article and sent it to many Pakistnai, Indian and Bangladeshi organizations in Frankfurt, where there are around 5,000 Pakistanis, nearly 4,000 Indians and around 2,000 Bengalis. There is an Urdu, Hindi and Bengali service of Voice of Germany, which is called, Deutsche Welle (www.dw-world.de/urdu, www.dw-world.de/hindi, www.dw-world.de/bengali) and I will soon contact them to explore the opportunities of having it broadcasted in their Urdu, Hindi and Bengali news programmes. I will also send photocopy of your article, "Gandhi prostitutes in Holland" to all the Pakistani, Indian and Bangladesh organizations in Holland. I will also send the article to all prominent German journalists in Germany and Dutch journalists in Holland. I have discovered your Dalit Voice to be a great source of diverse information and its journalistic standard is very very high. DV is a first class magazine and I now intend to promote it among the expat Pakistanis, Indian Dalits and Bangladeshis all over Germany and Holland. Keep up the good work.

While inside India, we are hated by the Brahminical people, we are overjoyed that you have called Dalit Voice "a great journal and a first class magazine". Though those who hate us are a micro-minority they happen to be our rulers. The over 85% of the slaves of India have become powerless, voiceless because Hinduism is a wonder drug that makes the slaves enjoy their slavery. How can you support us in our struggle? -EDITOR.

Prof. Gurtej Singh, #742, Sector-8, Chandigarh - 160 008: This refers to my article, "Brahminical conspiracy in Kanishka bombing to discredit Sikhs" (DV Oct.16, 2005 p.6). The Kaniska (Air India, Flight No. 182) disaster took place on June 23, 1985 off the shores of Ireland. The judgment of the Canadian Court came on March 16, 2005 -after 20 years. In the plane crash due to the bomb kept inside the flight by the Brahminical agents of the Govt. of India, 329 people including the crew were killed. The Canadian court ruling was that the Sikhs charged with the crime were not guilty though the Brahminical rulers of India wanted Canada to blame Sikhs whom they hated. It mentions that purchased and tutored witnesses were produced. The Canadian Govt. has decided not to appeal against the judgment. DV is read by people all over the world. Prime Minister Indira Gandhi took revenge for the Sikh opposition to the Emergency. She ordered and destroyed (Blue Star Operation) the holiest Sikh shrine at Amritsar, and planned much more. Her own bodyguard, Beant Singh, a Sikh, killed Indira Gandhi so that his people and the Punjab could escape the contemplated fate. Her son, Rajiv Gandhi, became the Prime Minister and was dead set on "teaching the Sikh a lesson". For this it was necessary that the Sikhs should have no sympathy in the English-speaking world. His first affront, that of massacre of Sikhs in Oct.-Nov., 1984 did not receive much adverse comment. Before launching a country-wide killing phase, he wanted the Sikhs to be given a bad name. That is the context in which India's secret agencies hatched a plan to place bombs on two Air India aeroplanes taking off from Canada. This is the background to my study published in DV. I accept your valuable suggestion to write a book on the Kanishka plane crash. Your fight against Brahminism is laudable and all-right minded people have the deepest regards for you and all sympathies for Dalits of which the Sikhs are a part. Hope you are not disappointed. The Guru says none is defeated unless he accepts defeat.

What is said by Brother Gurtej Singh is true. The Brahminical people even after 20 years of "Blue Star" and killing thousands of Sikhs continue to hate Sikh. But it is the upper caste Sikh rulers of Punjab who have forgotten the crime of their enemy and surrendered. Beant Singh was a Dalit Sikh. His blood started boiling when he heard about the Brahminical attack on his holiest temple but the upper caste Sikhs quickly forgot their greatest Sikh saint, Bhindranwale, after Guru Gobind and became loyal slaves of their very killers. What a tragedy - EDITOR.

MARATHA REVOLT AGAINST BRAHMINISM IN 21ST CENTURY

Dr. K. Jamanadas

Foreword by: V.T. Rajshekar, Editor, Dalit Voice

Dr. Ambedkar observed in a message to Maratha Mandir in 1947 that the Maratha middle class of Maharashtra is not as liberal as upper one and has no ideology as lower one, which makes it enemy of both the classes. There was a time, they used to be with lower classes, now they seem to be with the upper class. It is for them to decide which way to go. It all should be left to the skill and wisdom of the leaders of Marathas. But there seems to be a lack of such wise leadership among the Marathas, he said. Dr. Ambedkar wrote much to educate and awaken the OBCs. It is only now in 21st century that OBCs are awakening gradually. Their awakening has taken a shape of "Maratha Revolt against Brahminism in 21st century" in the form of Shiva Dharma and Dr. Salunkhe now says "the religion of Brahmins and non-Brahmins can not be the same".

This is the critique of that revolt from the pen of Dr. K. Jamanadas, an Ambedkarite of repute, the author of Tirupati Balaji was a Buddhist Shrine and Decline & Fall of Budhism: A Tragedy in Ancient India.
