Subramanian Swamy predicts death to Hindus

OUR CORRESPONDENT

Bangalore: There is an interesting news. The Hindu terrorist party RSS controlling the Brahmana Jati Party (BJP) is likely to welcome the famous Vajpayee-baiter Subramanian Swamy, the Tamil Iyer having close connection with zionist Israel.

This poor fellow has been leading his one-man Janata Party for long. Still he gets good publicity in the “Brahmin toilet papers” because of his jati that keeps him in the limelight. Nobody else knows the power of publicity which can make and unmake a person. That is why the most cantankerous vaidiks have monopolised the media to safeguard their jati interest.

Role of Kanchi Swamy: The person who is now pushing Swamy, so far kept out by Vajpayee, into BJP is none other than the notorious Kanchi Swamy who was put in the jail for his many sex scandals and murders. But being a Brahmin, the Kanchi Swamy escaped all punishments (DV Jan.1, 2005 p.20: “DVs 12-point chargesheet against Kanchi Swami”).

The Kanchi is grateful to Swamy (both Iyers) because he was the one person who went out of the way to defend the culprit whose very name stinks in Tamil Nadu.

Vajpayee love for good things: As the sun is setting over A.B. Vajpayee, the RSS thought this was the right time to allow Swamy to enter BJP. But Vajpayee has not forgiven his many shocking, public statements revealing Vajpayee’s taste for good things of life.

Bigwigs of the RSS including its chief Sudarshan were present in Delhi recently where Swamy’s book was released. But the one prediction made by Swamy in his book is very ominous to Hinduism which is the other word for Brahminism.

Suicide: He says the Hindus run the risk of “perishing like the ancient Greeks, Egyptians or Babylonians”.

Swamy knows who are the Hindus. The SC/ST/BCs (65%) are not Hindu. We congratulate Swamy for speaking this stark truth.

It is a fact the thinking sections of Brahmins are deeply worried over the imminent suicide of their tribe. The Jews are facing the same situation in Palestine.

The visible mental disorder in this minuscule 3% of Indians is the sole cause of their current abnormal behaviour — biting anybody and every passerby like a mad dog.

Why the Brahmins, the very rulers of India, are so desperate? Why do they feel threatened? Who is threatening the very Bhoodevatas?

Why the dog is biting Muslims, Dalits, Tribals, OBCs, women, Sikh, Christians and even their own women? It is because it is mad.

What do you do with the mad dog?

Swamy, who was a member of the DV family for an year or two some six years ago, must be thanked for stating the truth. But are the members of his tribe ready to heed the warning?

DV expresses no confidence in PM :
His only worry is urban rich

OUR CORRESPONDENT

Bangalore: We have said enough on our highly deceptive pro-rich (read upper caste) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s economic programmes. But now we have to talk of his pro-American political programmes which are going against India’s interests.

Having messed up both on the economic and political fronts he might have become the darling of the urban-dwelling upper caste minority. This unelectd, rootless Sardarji is not answerable to his party which is managed by Sonia Gandhi who has to face the storm both inside and outside the party for his lapses.

Three key issues: We had given enough warning and finally we have decided to express our no-confidence in the PM for the total mess he made on three key issues concerning the very dignity of the country.

We are aware that India’s “national” toilet papers, owned by the Marwadis and other big business, is maintaining a strict silence on the serious lapses of the PM because such steps have made him the darling of the rulers.

It is now clear why he sacked the Jat Foreign Minister Natwar Singh and took over the job himself as otherwise Singh would not have allowed him to take such all-out pro-American decisions:

(1) India-US civilian nuclear deal, (2) Shashi Tharoor made India’s official candidate for UN chief post and (3) joint terror mechanism with Pakistan announced at the Cuba conclave.

International humiliation: The first, the nuclear deal with US is in serious trouble because not only the American ruling party of Republicans is likely to lose in the coming Congressional election but the Republican President George Bush himself is out of favour with the Jewish king-makers in USA. That means the deal is dead. But the PM behaved like an autocrat not only with other political parties in India but also with his own Congress. This proves his contempt for democracy and the blind love for USA.

India suffered international humiliation at the UN because of the PM’s folly of supporting Shashi Tharoor’s candidature for the UN chief. Even his favourite America badly let down India. All the Asian nations voted for the South Korean candidate now elected the new Secretary-General to succeed Kofi Annan. The PM’s blind love for his upper caste jatwalas has caused a great insult to India. (DV Oct.16, 2006 p. 19: “Upper caste love for their jati causes India’s humiliation”).

It is a major foreign policy failure that proved none in the world trusts India — particularly the Muslim world which the PM cheated on the question of Iran.

The third is his “terror mechanism” with Pakistan for which he did not get any clearance from the Cabinet, let alone Parliament or political parties. He behaved like a dictator.

Repetition of “India shining”: His Oct.10, 2006 London speech to a galaxy of richest Indians living there is nothing but a repetition of the hated “India shining” slogan of the Brahmana Jati Party that took BJP straight to graveyard. The speech as reported in the Hindu, Oct.11 proves that this Khatri Sikh is more dangerous than the BJP, the open enemy. In heart, he is a Hindu nazi. Watch his words:

But on Monday (Oct.10) he pulled out all the stops while portraying India as a country where unprecedented economic growth, combined with a ‘massive” programme of social justice, had set the tone for what he described as one of the “most far-reaching revolutions of this century”.

Dr. Singh was addressing some Britain’s most powerful Indians at a reception hosted by India’s High Commissioner to the UK Kamalesh Sharma at his luxurious residence at Kensington Palace Gardens, where his neighbours include the billionaire steel magnate L.N. Mittal.

“A new India is emerging”, Dr. Singh declared and invited Britain’s Indian community to participate in “this great adventure of creativity and enterprise in whatever way you can”.

Sonia mus kick him out: Those who bluffed about “India shining” have been sent home. The Congress party will face the same fate if this wolf in sheep’s clothing is not sent out immediately.

This unelected PM is behaving like a dictator because he is not answerable to the people. His constituency is stock market. His pro-rich economic decisions have brought ruin. The much-publicised Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme did not take off. It is time Sonia takes a decision.

The Khatri Sikh is not bothered about the rural India or its agriculture. Nor is he interested in the serious economic crisis in almost every sector. His sole interest is urban India’s upper castes. This is clear from his interview in London. He told the Financial Times that his two topmost priority is “financial sector reform and increase in investment in infrastructure” (Deccan Herald Oct.10, 2006). Both are intended to benefit the urban rich. How can a PM who always thinks of the less than 15% micro-minority upper castes have the confidence of the country?

Another yes-man at UN ?

OUR CORRESPONDENT

Bangalore: The United Nations has finally selected another yes-man in Ban Ki-moon, South Korea’s Foreign Minister. Under the existing set-up of the UN dominated by USA, the world cannot get a better chief executive.

But in Ban, we may find a slightly better person compared to Kofi Annan because he was strongly supported by China. Lately the pro-American South Korea is getting closer to China.

Noose tightening round George Fernandes’ neck : Cockroach created by BSO

OUR CORRESPONDENT

Bangalore: The sun is setting over India’s biggest bogus socialist George Fernandes proving every word in DV right. Even his Brahmin chums in the BJP have deserted this Mangalorean Roman Catholic ex-priest. And the corruption noose on Delhi’s richest politician is tightening.

The Fernandes’ tragic career — his rise and rise and now his fall and fall — should come as a warning to all those cockroaches who worm up at the behest of the Brahminical forces who fully use them and then finally dump them into the Arabian Sea. India has plenty of such cockroaches, hated by the Bahujans but loved by the Brahminical people.

VAJPAYEE ERRAND BOY

It was this “greatest socialist” George at the behest of the BSO brought a split between two BC leaders — Lalu Prasad Yadav and Nitish Kumar — after entering the Bihar politics and then wooed the Kurmi leader into the Brahmana Jati Party (BJP), thereby weakened Lalu and finally dislodged him in Bihar.

But today the same George has no friends even in Brahmin circles. The errand boy of the notorious Brahmin Prime Minister, A.B. Vajpayee, for his dirty tricks, is not trusted by any political party. He is also thrown out of the JDU of which he was the president.

TEHELKA REVELATION

Even during the BJP rule, the Tehelka probe brought out the ugly side of George and his girl friend, Jaya Jetley, a Malayali Nair. Now the corruption noose is tightening round his neck. The CBI has filed the FIR in the missile deal case in which a multi-crore fraud is detected. It is one case. Several more are coming.

Meanwhile, George health itself has broken because the conscience is pricking him. It must be kicking him for selling himself to anti-national Brahminical forces even going to the extent of defending the Hindu terrorist murder of the Australian missionary Stains in Orissa. The Roman Catholic community and particularly his own Konkani-speaking Mangalorean Catholics have disowned him. Poor fellow is friendless.

GANDHIAN HUMBUG

That it was Goerge along with Madhu Limaye, a Chitpavan Brahmin of Pune, who killed Dr. Lohia’s philosophy is yet another serious charge of crime facing him.

What about his stunning simplicity? He wears lungi and khadi kurta which, it is said, he only washes and wears without even ironing it. This gandhian “simplicity” is to deceive the gullible. M.K. Gandhi was still more simple but always stayed in the house of Birlas and other richest. Where is the need for money?

Sarojini Naidu, a close associate of Gandhi, very beautifully exposed his simplicity when she said: “To keep Gandhi in poverty, the government is spending in crores”.

RICHEST POLITICIAN

George is called the “richest politician of Delhi” and his corruption is said to be mountain high. Will he remember his Muslim ex-wife, daughter of Humayun Kabir, and his children?

Simplicity should be in thought and not dress. Gandhi’s “simplicity” was only in dress not in thoughts. The same applies to George.

How can a person aiding and abetting Hindu terrorists and all their criminal activities be simple?

We have hundreds of such Georges in this country created by the Brahminical forces and sustained by their “national” toilet papers. Unless all of them are pulled down one by one, we can’t cleanse the contaminated Indian waters.

Take back judges appointment power from CJI before judiciary throttles social justice

OUR CORRESPONDENT

Bangalore: The power of the people, in other words political power, having been systematically weakened. India is passing through a serious crisis posed by the unelected higher judiciary usurping the powers of the government.

The executive, which has to rule as per the Constitution of India, is gradually made powerless and the courts have virtually taken over the responsibility of ruling. The people are also made to look upon the higher judiciary to govern the country. Such is the chaotic situation the country is today pushed to.

But are the masses of India getting justice at the hands of this higher judiciary? The common people are made to believe that the elected representatives of the people are corrupt and hence they get no justice. But are our judges above corruption? In this peculiar situation prevailing in India, when we talk of corruption we are also made to believe that it is money corruption. We are also made to forget or under-estimate the more serious forms of corruption listed in our book, India’s Intellectual Desert (DSA-2000). Money corruption, moral corruption, caste corruption and intellectual corruption.

Demoralising elected people

All our time and energy in today’s India is wasted in discussing the raging “money corruption” which alone is highlighted in the media and public platform — ignoring the other three more serious forms of corruption.

Who is doing this? And why? Who has the capacity to pay heavy bribes to political leaders? Why the bribe-giver who is equally corrupt is not criticised? Why corruption of this political class alone consumes so much of space and time in our media?

Brahmins wiped out of politics

There is a method in this madness on corruption — we mean money corruption. The corruption of our industrialists, bureaucracy, higher judiciary, media, academia, defence services, financial sector and even private sector — all these are very rarely mentioned. But only the corruption of the political class is highlighted — day in day out.

Why? The sole motive is to discredit, demoralise and ultimately make the elected representatives powerless.

We are not defending the elected representative. If any MLA, MP or minister has taken bribes and it is proved, he should be mercilessly punished.

But the other branches of the society which are equally corrupt are not mentioned. In DV, we have written so much on the much bigger corruption in media, in stock market, in judiciary, financial sector but why silence on this? Why only the corruption of politicians is discussed? There is a method in the madness.

The people monopolising all other sectors (industry, business, media, higher judiciary, finance, defence services , academia etc.) barring the political offices are the upper castes — the micro minority (15%) ruling class. This class wants to malign the elected representatives and make the masses hate them.

Every blame is put only on the politicians — though as leaders of the people they carry the highest responsibility as law-makers. The responsibility of implementing the laws is with the bureaucracy, financial sector and every wing of the society. But we don’t read or hear anything against all these sections. However, the best efforts of the ruling class to malign the elected representatives are not meeting with success because of parliamentary democracy which has taken deeper and still deeper roots and Brahmins — leaders of the ruling upper castes — have been virtually wiped out of political field. Barring two tiny states in the backward cowbelt (Delhi and Uttaranchal), there is no single Brahmin Chief Minister in the whole of India. Bengal’s Bhattacharya may be a Brahmin but it is communist state.

Confrontation with judiciary

It is this acute stomachache of the Brahminical class that has caused the current turmoil in the country resulting in a systematic pulverisation of the political power and the consequent transfer of power from the executive to higher judiciary which is the bastion of the Brahminical class. And the consequent confrontation between the two. This is what we have explained in our booklet Judicial Terrorism (DSA-2006, pp.20, Rs. 25).

Voters turning corrupt

It is a fact that all the state legislatures and the parliament are getting weaker. It is also a fact that our elected representatives (MLAs and MPs) are becoming corrupt. But who is not corrupt in India? We have talked of the bogus agricultural scientist, M.S. Swaminathan’s corruption (DV Oct. 1, 2006 p. 6: “M.S. Swaminathan as king of scientific fraud”). The stock market corruption of Harshad Mehta and co. has become so famous. Our industrialists have made money only through corruption. The famous fake note giant Telgi revelations have landed many IPS officers in jail. Our journalists are swimming in corruption.

Not a single sector of India can be said it is lily white. India itself is world famous for its corruption. World Bank recently named India for corruption. India’s rank among the corrupt countries of the world is very high.

An important point to be noted here is that our elected representatives are becoming corrupt because our entire electoral system itself has become corrupt. Elections have become very expensive. Without bribing the voters you can’t get votes. In other words the voters themselves have become corrupt. Why nobody is complaining about this corruption?

But as the media is completely in the hands of the upper castes they don’t like to highlight all these corruption. By concentrating only on politicians they succeeded in giving an impression to the people that only our politicians are corrupt. But fortunately those who don’t read any paper are in large numbers — may be 30% of the population. And another 20% do not bother about corruption at all. For them corruption is a non-issue. For them the greatest problem is the caste corruption which our media does not highlight.

Be that as it may, the political class has been wholesale tarred and their faces blackened. And the people are told that our salvation lies only in higher judiciary.

Glamorisation of judiciary

But do the oppressed people of India, over 85% of its population denied justice, agree with this glamorisation of the judiciary?

No paper in India has come out with such a scathing attack on higher judiciary (lower judiciary is better) as DV. All our stories on this judiciary are listed below.

Killing of democracy

The problem boils down to this: systematic weakening of the legislature and the consequent de-stabilisation of democracy itself. Speaker of the Lok Sabha Somanath Chatterji has said this with great sorrow (DV Edit Sept.16, 2005: “We welcome long over due confrontation between judiciary & the legislature”).

But the devalued dignity and powers of the legislature cannot be restored so easily.

This downward trend will continue. As more and more SC/ST/BCs — the original inhabitants of India — get into electoral posts the Brahminical heart-burning will increase and the tarring of the politicians and the glamorisation of the higher judiciary will be stepped up.

The Brahminical rulers who are engaged in this process do not know they are indirectly killing democracy itself in India.

Judicial terrorism

As the legislature has become helpless in pushing social justice (meaning reservations) in the bureaucracy and education as the higher judiciary is consistently striking down every attempt of the executive, there is only one way left now.

The courts become hyper-active and assertive (we called it “judicial terrorism) only when the political system becomes weak. Under the Manmohan Singh Govt., the political organs are further weakened. Being an upper caste he is doing everything to strengthen his jatwalas who want the higher judiciary to be dictatorial. Already they are.

This is not a healthy sign of a democracy. And in no sense India can be called a democracy. It is virtually a dictatorship of the upper castes. The higher judiciary is encouraged to strengthen it.

The thinking sections of our elected representatives and the leadership of all political parties are deeply worried. And to such of them we suggest a short-cut.

Dictatorship of C.J.I.

A.G. Noorani (Hindustan Times, Sept.12, 2006) agrees with us when he says the

“judicial appointments process currently in vogue in India is a sham”.

He also quotes Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s statement in the Constituent Assembly on May 24, 1949:

To allow the chief justice practically a veto upon the appointment of judges is really to transfer the authority to the Chief Justice which we are not prepared to vest in the President or the government of the day.

He proposed a “middle course” — consultation between the two. The Constitution provides just that, says Noorani.

But despite this authoritative exposition followed in all democratic countries, the Supreme court of India ruled in a majority judgment that no appointment of a judge to the Supreme Court or any High Court can be made unless it is in conformity with the opinion of the Chief Justice of India.

Of course, the CJI has to “consult” two other brother judges. Can the country confer such absolute powers on one person? Does the CJI reflect the will of the people? What if the CJI makes questionable recommendations?

Justice Balakrishnan choice

Can we approve the behaviour of Chief Justice Anand who opposed the recommendation of President K.R. Narayanan about the appointment of the then Gujarat Chief Justice Balakrishnan, a Dalit, to the Supreme Court?

The Supreme Court has constituted a “collegium” for the appointment of judges. This consists of the CJI plus four judges of the SC. The executive or the legislature, which reflect the will of the people, have no say in the appointment of judges — a power enjoyed earlier. No other democratic country has given such absolute power to the CJI. In the US, it is the President who has the powers to appoint the judges which has to be ratified by the Congress (parliament).

Vajpayee mischief

The power of appointing judges enjoyed by the executive earlier was transferred to the CJI by Prime Minister Vajpayee. His Brahmana Jati Party (BJP) wanted to strengthen the upper caste-led judiciary at the cost of the legislature. And this system is continuing even to this day provoking so much of protest. This system must change. Noorani quotes a British authority saying “judges choosing judges is the anti-thesis of democracy”.

Noorani recommends a Judicial Appointments Commission as in Britain but every single CJI is opposed to it.

We have our own doubts about such a commission having seen umpteen such commissions. No commission has been fair because of the caste bias inherent in the members in such a commission.

We prefer the power of appointing the judges to rest in the Prime Minister who with the CJI and the Union Law Minister may constitute the collegium.

Speaker Somnath Chatterji who has virtually declared a war on the Supreme Court, must move the matter in parliament which must make a recommendation to this effect as early as possible. With Justice Balakrishnan, a Dalit, taking over as CJI, we can certainly expect sanity to return to Supreme Court.

If not India’s road to social justice will be permanently blocked by the Manuwadi judiciary.

Will US king-makers make Mrs. Clinton President of US?

OUR CORRESPONDENT

Bangalore: The American media, which has been praising President Bush sky high and going out of the way to defend all his horrible crimes, has suddenly started heaping choicest abuses on him.

After kicking out Colin Powell as Secretary of State for disagreeing on Iraq, the king-makers brought the Black bitch, Condi Rice. But lately she too is coming under media fire.

Republican Party dumped: This sudden volte-face in America’s Jewish-controlled monopoly media gives us ample clue that the king-makers have decided to bring in a new set of obedient servants.

Who are they? It looks they have dumped the Republican Party itself of President George Bush and decided to effect a regime change — that is the Democratic Party.

Every Republican Party leader is facing trouble and the coming Congressional election, which is fully manipulated by the Jews with their money and media power, may see the very eclipse of the Grand Old Party.

Who is the favourite of the king-makers for the presidentship within the Democratic Party? The way former President Clinton’s wife, Hilary Clinton, now a Senator, is bum-licking the Jews for the past one year indicates that she has agreed to be their loyal slave.

The Jews fully control the world’s sole super power, its administration, finances and the media just as the 3% “Jews of India” control India and its brain. You cannot even breathe in USA without their permission.

George Bush danced to their tune for two terms. He was praised and paraded and made to launch war against Afghanistan, Iraq and now set to attack Iran and North Korea — all to safeguard the interest of Jews and their heart throb Israel.

We are waiting for the inauguration of the Hilary Clinton era.
