Saddam faces farce of a trial : Every word said in DV on Iraq has proved right

Saddam Hussein's trial which began on Oct.19, 2005 is a big farce. How can it be called a trial when the US-controlled Iraqi Govt. has already sealed his fate — and pronounced a death sentence? Iraq is a sovereign state but Saddam is held in US custody. The US and its puppet govt. in Baghdad are fooling the world.

Too much political interference is evident from the killing of a defence lawyer on the very next day of the trial. The Saddam trial is not in accordance with international law. But international human rights organisations and even the United Nations are silent because they are either controlled by the zionists or America. When it is a war crimes tribunal it must have international judges. How can a country still controlled by the US offer justice to Saddam?

Hero for the whole world: A country like US which has violated many international laws and proved a menace to world peace has no right to try Saddam Hussein who is a hero for the entire Muslim world and other victims of American high-handedness. He helped Palestinians in their fight against zionist Israel.

Even a child can make out that the US rulers of Iraq employed tutored judges. The world cannot be deceived by an American rehearsed trial. The Kurdish chief judge wanted to "satisfy" only himself instead of adopting the internationally accepted criterion of "beyond reasonable doubt". The Kurdish President of Iraq having already sentenced Saddam to death, we can only call it farce of a trial.

Iraq is still governed by its old constitution as per which Saddam is the President of that country. How can the President be tried under the Iraqi law? A country morally wrecked by illegally invading Iraq, uttering lies after lies on WMD, has no right to try a hero for the entire oppressed of the world.

Besides, the US is also a culprit in the eyes of the International Court of Justice because it has refused to recognise this institution created by the UN. It is above UN, above international law and above all recognised human norms.

Saddam did the right thing by kicking on the face of the trial judge. Already defeated in Iraq, the US deserved this spit on its face.

"Salute to Saddam": DV was the first in the world to predict that America would be defeated in Iraq. We have proved right. Even the greatest admirers of America and President Bush are now realising their mistakes.

Bush is losing his grip. Even the zionist-controlled Neo-Con rulers of America who managed his election have started revolting against Bush. In Iraq, he bungled throughout. Every word he said on Iraq was a bluff particularly the WMD.
