Court comes to rescue of drowning upper castes : Desperate bid
to restore monstrous Manuwadi rule
We have no words to describe the Supreme Court assault on the
Dalits who have just started opening their eyes — thanks
to the provision for their representation (reservations) made in
the constitution given to them by Dr. Babasaheb.
Alas, the upper caste enemies of Dalits, having failed to confront
them democratically, are now using the Supreme Court (SC) to demolish
their human rights, brick by brick. We hope at least now the Dalits,
the slaves of India, will get angry and make a bid to confront
the protectors of justice who have turned into enemies of justice.
The way in which the SC has been firing judgments after judgments
against the country’s lowest of the low and the weakest of
the weak segment make us fear of something very serious.
We may be wrong. We will be glad if we are proved wrong. Are the
upper caste rulers (15%) — having failed to scuttle the country’s
march of parliamentary democracy and the empowerment it brought
to the oppressed Dalits, Backward Castes, Muslims etc. — using
in utter desperation their jatwala judges to demolish
and destroy democracy itself and install their Manuwadi monopoly
rule?
This micro-minority has done everything to destroy the future
of the emerging Bahujans constituting over 85% of its population:
SC/ST/BCs (65%) and Muslim/Christian/Sikhs (20%) and thereby destroy
the very future of India. They are deeply worried because they
are not succeeding to the extent they desired because the oppressed jatis have
found a wonder weapon — caste— to fight the
casteist Manuwadis. Finally, in desperation they have
sought refuge in the Supreme Court which has come to their rescue.
Country ruled by judges: We have said this many times but
the court’s latest torrential outbursts one after the other
against the very future of Dalits, BCs and Muslims forced us to
come to the above conclusion. Never before in the history of the
country the SC has presented itself as the arch enemy of the oppressed
who constitute the majority population.
It is now clear the court has no respect for either the elected
representatives, Parliament or even the very Constitution of which
it is a creature. It wants to dictate things to everybody assuming
the role of law-makers. Such a thing has not happened in the history
of this country. Or perhaps any other country where the rule of
law is respected.
The concept of “creamy layer” is not there in the
SC/ST reservation Article of the Constitution [16 (4-A) and 16
(4-b)]. But the Oct.19, 2006 ruling of the SC has directed exclusion
of the “creamy layer” among SC/ST. The court does not
make the law — not to speak of the constitution. Its power
is limited only to interpret both.
But the Oct.19, 2006 five-judge bench judgment make us think that
the country is now governed not by the elected govt. in accordance
with the constitution but it is governed by the judges.
What is much more shocking is this anti-people verdict of the
SC has received loud applause from the country’s 15% ruling
upper castes. This ruling class does not have the interest of the
country at heart. It is only interested in its class and caste
interests. It is overjoyed that from interpreting the law and the
constitution, the Supreme Court has aggressively taken over the
role of directly governing the country. Can such a country, where
the very fence is eating the grass, have any future? That the country’s
higher judiciary has turned anti-people is now sufficiently clear.
The rulers are deliberately weakening the legislature so that the
judiciary can step in to take the role of the executive. We have
expressed this fear in our recent report. (DV Nov.1, 2006 p.9: “Take
back judges appointment power from CJI before judiciary throttles
social justice”). As this is written the Supreme Court
is looking into the 9th schedule of the constitution which is the
only protective cover for the country’s weaker sections.
The court wants to destroy this cover also.
That means the court wants to destroy the very future of SC/ST/BCs
and pave the way for the Brahminical Manuwadi Hindu
Rashtra.
What the Brahmana Jati Party (BJP) failed to do during
its chaotic six-year rule under Vaidik Vajpayee, the Supreme
Court did with a couple of judgments within a month.
Is it possible for the upper castes to rule and take the country
to their heavenly abode after pushing the country’s Dalits
and the other oppressed to Arabian Sea? Will the oppressed keep
silent?
Perhaps, the Hindu rulers are banking on their Hindu opium which
they painlessly injected into the veins of the oppressed SC/ST/BCs
making them totally impotent.
Cowardly reservationwalas: That is why till the
time of writing this we find hardly any strong reaction from the
Hindu opium-drugged SC/ST/BC elites. Forget about acting (this
needs moral courage), are the cowardly reservationwalas afraid
even to speak out?
We have been extremely critical of this minuscule reservationwalas who
constitute not even 5% of the SC/ST population (30%). They have
enjoyed the best of cream forgetting their less fortunate uneducated
brothers and sisters outside the charmed reserved sector. Over
90% of the SC/STs have not yet tasted the fruits of reservation
but our Dalit leaders are unperturbed. When they are not even bothered
about Babasaheb and his warning, how can they think of their jati brothers?
It is this section of reservationwalas which should have
become furious with the Supreme Court hammering on their heads.
But till the time of writing this we found them indifferent. Dr.
Ambedkar had expressed his agony over the behaviour of this reservationwalas during
his last days but even his ringing words of warning did not touch
their stone hearts. Quite a number of reservationwalas have
married Brahmin girls charmed by their fair skin. Many more were
won over by the Brahminical rulers and became their loyal stooges.
Some became their barking dogs and some others biting dogs. They
became agents of the Brahminical rulers to divide and destroy the
up and coming Dalit movement.
The entire Dalit movement, whether political or non-political,
is torn to pieces because of these Brahminical agents among Dalits.
The upper castes used them mainly against Dalit Voice which
has been vehemently fighting the distortions brought about in the
field of Budhism in particular and Dalit movement in general.
Many of these agents were commissioned to propagate that the OBCs
are the main enemy of the Dalits. Some others went about brainwashing
our people saying that Muslims are our enemy. The aim is to subvert
the formation of Bahujan Samaj.
TheseBrahminical agents infiltrated every activity of the Dalits
and brought about tremendous confusion. Their whole interest is
to destroy the Dalit movement itself. Brother J.R. Antwal’s
article (see p.6) that follows this leader expresses these fears.
All those who worked as bum-lickers of Brahmins are now felled
in one sweep by the Supreme Court verdict on creamy layer. That
is why they are not even protesting while the very future of
their children stands shattered. Having been fed by their master
how can these barking and biting dogs turn against the master?
All these disturbing thoughts come to us as we ponder over the
Supreme Court bulldozer running roughshod over the lives of Dalits.
Fortunately, these bum-lickers of Brahmins are still a minority
compared to the vast innocent and good-hearted children of Babasaheb.
And it is to them our heart goes. DV has survived and become the
country’s “Voice of the persecuted nationalities
denied human rights” only because of these silent, incorruptible
followers of Dr. Ambedkar.
That is why we call upon such genuine Ambedkarites to launch vigorous
protests and force Parliament and its Speaker to confront the Supreme
Court to save the rule of law and also save parliamentary democracy
from the Hindu nazis.
A special joint session of parliament must meet on the issue of
our representation, which is the real meaning of reservation,
and avert the rule of Manuwadi monsters once for all.
This is the right opportunity and we should not miss it.
