Caste-wise census as panacea for all our ills

Bangalore: The growing importance of caste and “caste identity” will get a big push forward if different states take up caste-based census. Actually it is the duty of the Govt. of India’s Census Dept. to take up this job but the upper castes who control the govt. have been dodging. Their mischievous argument is such a census ill encourage casteism. But it is the upper castes who are the worst casteists and the SC/ST/BCs and Muslims are the victims of their casteism.

Supreme Court obstacle: Karnataka has started taking steps to launch a census — though the upper castes controlling the State Govt. did delay the project. Such a census will provide scientific basis for determining the “backwardness” of each caste. Right now only the upper castes have been cornering all the benefits of education and other socio-economic facilities offered by the govt. Even official posts are held by the upper castes. The upper caste-dominated higher judiciary has been consistently denying reservations to Backward Castes on the plea that the govt. has not furnished adequate data on what constitutes “backwardness”. The judges being mostly urban-born and urban-bred, beside being upper castes, they have no heart for the oppressed BCs. But on the other hand they are quick to take any plea from their jatwalas. “Caste” is the one and only yardstick to measure a person’s standing in the society. There is no other measuring rod. All upper castes also belong to the upper class. They are educated and command respect in the society. The constitution has defined the BCs as those who are “socially and educationally backward”. In other words, the constitution itself has sanctioned the caste criteria to fix the backwardness. But our judges are going on putting questions and thus coming in the way of social justice.

We have said repeatedly that in India “caste is also a class”. By and large those belonging to upper class are also upper caste.

Karnataka, under the Mysore Maharaja had done the caste census. Now after 77 years a new caste census is being taken up but we are not sure about its fate.

Caste awakening: Under the impact of parliamentary democracy, which has taken deep roots in India, different castes are mobilising and those with numerical strength are coming up politically. Brahmins, despite lacking the numbers are No.1 in education, income, employment and all other spheres. This mere 3% micro-minority enjoys the lion’s share in both govt. and private sector.

What the Backwards say is they do not resent the Brahmin advancement. What they don’t like is the Brahmin obstruction to the advancement of others who are left out.

The recent suicide of a merited Dalit PhD student at the Indian Inst. of Sciences, Bangalore, due to the persecution by two Brahmin professors is the latest case in point.

So much so a vast number of SC/ST/BCs and Muslim/Christians have been left behind. The govt. itself has admitted this fact.

Madiga complaint: Now that the Supreme Court itself has asked for a socio-economic survey of the BCs, the Govt. of India must direct all the states to immediately take up such a survey and finish it within one year.

The survey must include the different castes even within the Dalits because a large number of Dalit castes have been also complaining that the SC reservations have been cornered by a minority. Madigas of AP and Karnataka have been loudly complaining about their discrimination.

DV has fully supported their demand saying the SC/ST reservation benefits must be distributed in proportion to the population of each caste within the SCs.

Minority cannot eat all: Hence the importance of caste-based census. We don’t mind if the census includes Brahmins and other landed upper caste shudras also. Let every jati’s socio-economic-educational status be verified so that we know where each jati stands.

We cannot allow a micro-minority to eat, drink and make merry riding rough shod over other deprived destitutes.

All the SC/ST/BCs/Muslims are ready for such an investigation. But those opposing and frustrating the survey are the upper castes, a micro-minority of 15%, who are the cause of India’s slow death.

TN salvation only after 2 Kazhagams are dumped into Bay of Bengal

Bangalore: Tamil country, as it was till recently called, the home of the country’s dark-skinned Dravida and Adi-Dravida quintessence, which produced such great revolutionaries like Thiruvallulvar, Periyar E.V. Ramaswamy etc., has been swallowed by Brahminical counter-revolutionaries. This is the cause of the confusion reigning supreme in this southern-most state of India.

Once hailed as the most well-governed and the most advanced state, Tamil Nadu today is reduced to a vast shanty.

Who caused all the confusion and the consequent revival of Brahminism?

We have said enough on that but would like to repeat: It is the two “rival” political parties: DMK and AIDMK, the first led by the ageing Karunanidhi and the second by the Bangalore Papatti.

The followers of both the parties are the same poverty-stricken Dalits and Backward Castes. If Karunanidhi’s DMK is more on the side of the BCs and Dalits, why the Papatti’s AIDMK is equally popular? This shows both the parties are personality-centred and not ideologically polarised.

TAMIL PAPANS ENJOYING

A tour of the TN will convince anybody that the two Kazhagams’ only achievement is the utter pauperisation of the Tamils. Whether it is the Backward Castes, Dalits, Muslims or Christians every section is in distress and the youth migrating all over India in thousands.

Brahmins anyway were the first to get educated even during the British period and snatch the best employment opportunities. The Hindu, the Mount Road Mahavishnu, is the flagship of the most cantankerous Tamil papans. The others who followed were the Mudaliars, the Telugu-speaking Naidus, the merchant class Chettiars, the landed Gounders.

FILMY POLITICS

The non-Brahmin shudras resented the Brahmin progress and launched their Justice Party but when they occupied the chair they were as oppressive as their enemy papans.

Then came the filmy politics of the Kerala Nair-turned-politician, M.G. Ramachandran, and his girl friend. The barber-cum piper, Isai Vellalar jati Karunanidhi, may be a product of the Periyar revolution but he too has been a product of the same Tamil film politics. Today he is more busy building up his family and installing his son as his successor.

Today TN is in the grip of two filmy personalities making monkeys of the oppressed Tamils. TN can be brought back to its original glory only if both these filmy fighting cocks are slaughtered by the angry Tamils.

So, we welcome Dr. Ramadoss announcement that his party (PMK) would float a new front for the next Assembly election — quitting the DMK front.

Dr. Ramadoss was the first leader to set up a jati-based political party in TN. His Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) is a party of the oppressed Vanniyar agricultural labours inhabiting the Northern part of TN.

Vanniyars might not have become educated and economically liberated under Dr. Ramadoss. Under the existing caste-based social setup such a transformation will take time. The most important need of an oppressed jati is self-respect which gives him courage to stand up and walk holding the head high. This much has been assured with the formation of PMK. The rest of the thing will follow.

Dr. Ramadoss was the pioneer of our “caste identity” theory in TN and to a great extent Dalit Voice is responsible for the formation of his caste-based party.

Dr. Ramadoss as the father of the “caste identity” movement in TN must now groom leadership among other oppressed BCs and SCs. Nadars, Thevars, Paraiahs, and Pallars are the other castes urgently needing his guidance. Together the five can dictate things in TN and dump the two ideologically bankrupt Kazhagams in the Bay of Bengal.

What was Sonia cooking in China ?

Bangalore: Sonia Gandhi’s October-end visit to China, the vivacious red carpet welcome she got from its top-most leaders headed by President Hu Jintao, the way the newly-elected communist leaders paraded carrying her on their heads and Sonia herself showering superlative praises on the emerging super power hated by India’s hate-mongering ruling upper castes — all indicate something very big is brewing.

India freed from US clutches: As this is written (Oct.31, 2007), no clue has emerged but her sudden visit bang on the collapse of the American nuclear deal, hated by the Indians but peddled by the American stooge, Manmohan Singh, make us think if China has offered India cheaper and more plentiful nuclear power without any conditionalities imposed by the hated US President Bush.

At the conclusion of her five-day talks in Beijing it looks the visit was a big success.

If so Sonia will soar into history because that will be the first step to get India unshackled from the zionist hug.

Many things will follow with lightning speed if Sonia’s visit solves India’s most serious power crisis. There will be no opposition from the CPM-CPI or from other political partners. The oppressed people will simply hail Sonia for freeing India from the clutches of USA.

But the country’s rulers, who are capable of distabilising any govt., will definitely try to strangle Sonia.

This is not the first time they are trying to finish her. Telugu Brahmin P.V. Narasmha Rao put her under virtual house-arrest.

How much she is hated by the upper castes is proved from the near-total blackout of her China visit.

But she can pre-empt the whole thing if she quickly sacks the Khatri Sikh PM Manmohan Singh and the Chettiar FM.

Kick out Dalai Lama: The next thing she must do is kick out the hated Dalai Lama from India. He was given asylum by the Kashmiri Brahmin Nehru to annoy China. (DV Dec.16, 2006 p.7: “No peace with China until Dalai Lama is kicked out”).

The above two steps will simply send shock waves in the West, bring the Muslim Middle-East closer and the hated India will get closer to African hearts. Inside India, it will create a ground swell of support to Sonia and her Congress creating a pell-mell in all parties. The first to die will be the already dying BJP.

She can then immediately get the parliament dissolved and seek re-election in which she will ride the waves.

Why Pramod Mahajan was killed ?

Vajpayee disabled, BJP dying

Sarkozy used to break up EU

Blair, will be too willing to collaborate with Sarkozy to wreck the up and coming European Union.

Euro beats dollar: The way in which Sarkozy is running around not only within France but all over Europe and even outside like a bull in China shop has shocked the peace-loving Europeans. Their fear is the zionists are using Sarkozy, a Jew, to break up the emerging European Union.

But within months his popularity has begun to ebb. Railway and motor transport total strike paralysed France and challenged Sarkozy.

A Mossad agent ?

Tehran: A prestigious French daily reported that an email sent to 100 high-ranking police officials claims French President Nicholas Sarkozy is a former agent of the Israeli intelligence services, Mossad. Le Figaro added that the letter was sent to French police officials late last winter and reiterated that Sarkozy was the fourth high-ranking spy of Israel. The letter titled “Infiltration of Mossad in France’s ruling center-right UMP party” insists that Sarkozy is a spy. It also writes about widespread corruption in the UMP party. The letter added that former Israeli prime minister, Menachem Begin, in 1978 ordered the head of his intelligence services to make former French Leader Charles De Gulle’s one of Israel’s associates.

The most powerful Hindus of Gujarat, the landowning Patels, are sharpening knives to kill the Hindu Modi because he ended the Patel monopoly of Gujarat politics. What they say is Patels will be Hindu only as long as Patels are leading Gujarat. If not they are not Hindu. The Congress is using Dinsha Patel, a Union Minister of State, as the Chief Ministerial candidate. Togadia, the Patel head of the Hindu terrorist VHP, and all the upper caste Hindu religious leaders are burning with anger against the Backward Caste Narendra Modi. Is Modi not a Hindu? Did we not say caste will kill the casteists (Hindus)?

Blood sucker’s ideology

Bangalore: Finance Minister Chidambaram Chettiar is no friend of India’s oppressed majority. The latest proof is the recent stock market manipulation in which India’s richest upper caste crooks made millions in one day with his blessings. We have yet anther proof in black and white of this money-lender’s Chettiar mind.

Bombay: Finance Minister P. Chidambaram said on Oct.27 that the country can achieve 10% economic growth but will have to “put ideology aside” as it was holding back crucial reforms. “It is not politically correct to talk about ideology today. It is ideology which is holding us back for doing the things which have to be done in order to accelerate the growth”, he said at Economic Times awards function here. “I want to see 10% before the tenure of this govt. I want to see 10% if not in 2007-08 then at least in the financial year 2008-09. That is possible if we can put ideology aside”, he said. (PTI-Hindu, Oct.28, 2007).

What the over 85% of the country’s oppressed need is social justice. But the Chettiar, the darling of the country’s corrupt elite, wants to make them richer. Since the country is not growing, the rich became richer by stealing the little in the have-not’s kitty. Who is helping the blood-suckers?

How to defeat terrorism (in 147 words) ?

Bangalore: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has identified the most serious twin dangers facing India: Muslim “terrorism” and Naxalite (Maoist) violence.

But what is surprising is as a member of the country’s ruling upper castes he does not know that the rulers themselves create and promote both the elements to keep themselves as rulers. To that extent India is an exception to the rule.

Prescription: In Dalit Voice we have said many times that the constant cry and complaint of “terrorism” inside India comes mostly from our Hindu terrorists who very often get state support.

Here is a prescription from a noted British White Christian journalist and historian on how to defeat terrorism.

Alan Hart in his book, Zionism : The Real Enemy of the Jews (Vol.-II, 2007) on p.384 explains “how to defeat terrorism” in precise 147 words which, he says, even a child can understand.

Jews are good but zionism is evil: Alan Hart, a friend of our Editor, is a specialist on Middle East and a former BBC correspondent. He firmly believes that Jews are good but zionism is evil. He says:

Terrorists cannot operate, not for long, without the cover and the practical, emotional and moral support of the community of which they are a part. When that community perceives itself to be the victim of a massive injustice, and if that injustice is not addressed by political means, the community will cover, condone and even applaud the activities of those of its own who resort to terror as the only means of drawing attention to the injustice, to cause it to be addressed. It follows that the way to defeat terrorism — the only successful and actually proven way — is by addressing the genuine and legitimate grievances of the host community. The community will then withdraw its cover and support for its terrorists; and if they continue to try to operate, the community will oppose them by exposing them — reporting them to the authorities if reasoning fails.

I.R.A. terrorism: The famous case study to support Alan Hart’s argument is the IRA terrorism in Northern Ireland. The British army did not defeat IRA terrorism. IRA called off its terrorism because the Catholic host did not support them any longer when their legitimate demands were met.

The lesson for India is if the Indian ruling class and their govt, meet at least a substantial portion of the grievances of the Muslims, Sikhs, Nagas, Kashmiris, Naxalites etc., terrorism will simply be a thing of past.

But the problem in India is the Hindu rulers of India themselves want terrorism to keep themselves as rulers. This is the problem.
