“Terrorism” creates a big business for upper caste rulers

Bangalore: “Terrorist” has become the other name for Muslim. The administration, the political power and the media all in the hands of Hindus (read upper caste), it is now becoming increasingly clear that the rulers are using terrorism to convert India into a Hindu Rashtra, (despite the defeat of the Brahmana Jati Party BJP) and use it as a big business and get mega profits.

PAKISTANI HAND ?

Two latest and the most famous incidents of “terrorism” strengthen our fears.

The July 2006 Bombay serial bomb explosions and the Sept.9 Malegaon blasts are the most famous incidents which were instantly declared as the work of “terrorists” with “strong evidence” of Pakistani hand. A flood of reports came in the media and TV. The Bombay Police Commissioner on Sept.30 announced that Pakistani ISI is behind the train blast but has given no evidence.

The Bombay train explosion not only pointed the finger at Pakistan but even brought pictures of the “Muslim suspects” and even names were published.

PRIVATE SECURITY

In the name of “terrorism”, police dept. and intelligence agencies are recklessly being expanded. New recruitments are going on while the govt. in the name of privatisation has closed doors for all recruitment. “Terrorism” is helping the upper castes to get kushy jobs and make more money.

Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil indirectly admitted the failure of the police and his intelligence agencies when he said there was a move to entrust “terrorism” cases to private security agencies. That means jobs and big money to more upper castes. (Hindustan Times, Sept.29, 2006).

MUSLIM LEADERSHIP

Terrorism has promoted a flourishing big business and the rulers are reaping rich harvest. By this Patil indirectly admitted that the govt. intelligence agencies are duds and utterly good for nothing.

Meanwhile, India’s Muslim political and religious leadership is silent over the reckless arrest of Muslims (DV Sept.16, 2006 p.16) in the name of “terrorism”. The hyper-active Supreme Court is silent.

“Categorisation” : DV’s time-tested argument stands vindicated

Bangalore: The Union Cabinet finally on Sept.7, 2006 appointed a one-man commission headed by a retired Supreme Court Judge, Doraiswamy Raju, to go into the “categorisation” and classification of Scheduled Castes into ABC and D categories. Such an important news went unreported because the ruling upper castes have no interest in social justice. Only when reservations rise upper caste temperature, it becomes a “national” issue. In other words only the upper castes are “national” and we are anti-national.

The demand of the powerful Madigas of AP has been pending with the Govt. of India for a long time. The Madiga complaint is the “creamy layer” of the Malas has been cornering all the benefits meant for SCs.

“Caste identity” thesis: The Commission’s work, however, is restricted to AP only as the cabinet did not like to raise hopes of SCs all over the country and thereby promoting widespread agitation.

DV has been pressing for “categorisation” of not only SC reservation but also of OBCs assuring each subcaste its share in proportion to its population. Our demand is in keeping with our “caste identity” thesis which has caught the imagination of all SC/BC jatis.

In Karnataka, both the SCs and BCs have been demanding “categorisation” of reservations and such a demand is catching up all over the country.

The Union cabinet did a great disservice to the deprived, weaker and numerically smaller subcastes among SCs and BCs.

Madiga revolt: Madigas of AP were the first to raise the banner of revolt against Malas for “cornering” all the reservations.

By a sheer coincidence, DV began its Debate on the “caste identity” exactly at this time and the Malas mistook us thinking we are supporting the Madigas.

Our Editor is neither a Mala nor a Madiga. DV is only supporting the good old principle of equal sharing and caring. The Untouchables are the most deprived lot and they should share the reservation benefits in proportion to the population of each “subcaste”. This is the essence of “caste identity”.

The AP State Assembly and the govt. supported the Madigas and subdivided the reservation after it was convinced that some subcastes were “cornering” the quota. The AP Act was challenged and the case went up to the Supreme Court which declared the AP Act unconstitutional. What does the high and mighty in the heavens know of the pain of those in hell?

Heaven-born judges: The state legislatures of AP, Punjab, Haryana, Karnataka stood for “categorisation” but our heaven-born judges thought it otherwise. And the aggrieved Dalits all appealed to the Govt. of India in Delhi which finally appointed the Raju Commission. This in brief is the story.

The Union Social Justice Minister, Mrs. Meira Kumar, a Chamar, wanted the Raju Commission to go into the demand for “categorisation” of all the states, but the powerful SC castes blackballed her proposal.

The probe is now confined to AP only. Karnataka demand is rejected.

But “categorisation” is demanded by the weaker and numerically smaller SC castes of all the states. They say powerful SC groups took away fruits of reservation without sharing it with other SC castes.

Anti-Ambedkarite Dalits: The argument of the “advanced” caste groups is as they happened to be Ambedkarites and hence gained awareness and education, they were able to take advantage of the reservations. They did not monopolise the reservations. Those complaining lost because they were lazy, meritless and kept away from the thoughts of Dr. Ambedkar.

The deprived castes argue that the advanced SC castes behaved like neo-Brahmins. They always criticised the Brahmins for monopolising every sector while at the same time practising Brahminism when it comes to SC reservations.

In the Hindi belt sates, the Chamars stole a march through Ambedkarism and became the ruling Dalit jati.

Valmikis, Khatiks and many other SC jatis are sore with Chamars because IAS/IPS reserved posts went mainly to Chamars.

In Punjab, 104 out of 107 IAS posts in the Punjab cadre went to Chamars. But the Chamars say they did not come in the way of Valmikis or any other SC jati.

Mahar monopoly: In Maharashtra, the Mahars of Dr. Ambedkar’s jati monopolised the reservations, say other Dalit jatis like Chambars, Matangs etc. In Karnataka, the Madigas (Chamars) are furious with Holeyas (Malas) and the two are fighting. In Bengal, the complaint is against the Namasudras. In TN, the Pallars are complaining against the Paraiahs.

The complaint of monopolising reservations is not restricted to SCs alone. OBCs and Muslims too have similar complaints against the dominant castes among them.

Wanted caste-wise census: Both the groups — those accused of monopolising reservations and those complaining of being cheated — have started politically mobilising.

But the issue of SC/ST reservation is not a trial of political strength but a question of social justice.

That is why DV was the first in India to demand “categorisation” of reservations for which we must first have a subcaste-wise census which will reveal the true picture of every jati. But the Brahminical people are opposed to such a census.

We can understand the upper castes opposing reservations and also the demand for “categorisation”. But what is shocking is the very victims of upper castes are opposing the genuinely Ambedkarite demand for equal sharing and caring saying such a demand will destroy Dalit unity.

We have answered this question umpteen times and yet this question goes on cropping up again and again.

Keep quota out of court: Some Dalits even went to the extent of saying that DV is dividing and weakening the Dalit movement.

The Raju Commission will have to go into all these questions and we are sure it will fully vindicate DV’s time-tested stand.

If the complaint that the dominant subcastes are monopolising the reservation is confirmed, then the entire SC/ST/BC reservation should be “categorised” — if needed by a constitutional amendment.

Better if the entire reservation issue is kept out of the purview of judicial scrutiny.

Blair disgraced & kicked out

Bangalore: Poor Tony Blair would have definitely got re-elected Prime Minister of Britain for one more term had he not become the poodle of President Bush of America and followed the orders of the zionists who control entire Britain.

Upper caste love for their jati causes India’s humiliation

Bangalore: India should not have officially supported the Kerala upper caste Nair, Shashi Tharoor, for the UN Secretary-General post. Manmohan Singh, himself an upper caste Sikh, was taken for a ride by his jatwalas and his folly has led to India’s humiliation because Tharoor, the enemy of India’s Bahujans (SC/ST/BCs and Muslim/Christian/Sikhs) stands rejected by the international community.

Tharoor is a petty UN career official but the UN Chief post goes to a senior political leader of status.

The upper caste love for their jati has caused humiliation of India. Despite being a bum-licker of America, India was snubbed by USA. What a shame.

Kofi Annan, the stooge of America with a White wife, makes his ignoble exit as the UN chief even as the US has made the world body powerless. It is proposing yet another stooge for the Secretary-General post.

Turkey : DV proves right

Bangalore: The “Christian Club” appears to have finally closed its doors to Turkey. European Commission is not interested in admitting a Muslim country. All sorts of excuses are put forward to keep out a major Muslim country. Turkey’s leadership is also tired of waiting and losing interest in joining EU. All that we have said in DV has proved right. Turkey’s humiliation is a warning to all Muslim countries.

Parliament of world cheers DV’s criticism of Bush upheld

Bangalore: This is perhaps the first time in recent history the head of a prominent state so ferociously attacking the head of the world’s sole super power, George W. Bush, and on the very American soil itself, that too from the very hall of the UN General Assembly, the parliament of the world, and in the presence of many other heads of state.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez not only received the loudest applause on Sept.20,2006 from the galaxy of heads of state but shocked the whole world which silently enjoyed the choicest abusive words used to describe Bush who has turned out to be the most hated person of the world in recent history.

Reports said this was the first time the New York-based UN General Assembly was hearing such a thunderous attack on US since Nikita Kruschev took off his shoe and pounded the podium at the General Assembly.

DV supports Chavez: Dalit Voice too has been extremely critical of Bush for dragging the peace-loving peoples to the brink of a World War-III. So we fully support Chavez chastising the killer Bush and also the criticism made by Iran President Ahmadinejad a day earlier in the very UN General Assembly.

The downfall of Bush will now gather speed. But our fear is the zionist king-makers inside America are also happy over Bush ignoble exit so that they could prepare a more capable person to serve their ends and thus fool the world.

Chavez called Bush a “devil”. But even the devil has a softer side. But Bush guided by his zionist advisers is harming his own innocent countrymen who are kept in dark because of the total zionist control over the American media.

The loud applause Chavez and Ahmedinejad received at the UN and the earlier conclave in Cuba where anti-Bush leaders gathered in strength proved that Bush deceived not only the world but even his own country. The innocent American Christians must quickly note the gathering storm and kick out their hated President.

Chavez called Bush a devil, liar and a tyrant who behaved “as if he were the owner of the world”. DV has already used all these words.

That the speech of Chavez made in the UN General Assembly — the very parliament of the world — received loud applause from the gathered victims of Bush proves DV right and that all our predictions are also proving correct.

Hero of Muslim world: India’s upper caste rulers, who are behaving as the tail of America, must note that along with Bush they too will be a wash-out. The Manmohan Singh-Chidambaram-Ahluwalia trio, who have made India a slave of America, are warned.

The big ovation that Chavez received from the world leaders proved that he is emerging as a world leader and the USA is losing power to the Third World led by China.

Chavez pleased the entire Muslim world by withdrawing his Ambassador from Israel. His close friendship with Iran, his criticism of zionist Israel for aggression on Lebanon, his frequent meetings with Castro, the deadly enemy of USA, have made him hero of the entire oppressed world. He may even win the rotating UN Security Council seat.

But the Indian upper caste leadership continues to flirt with the hated American leaders and thereby made India a suspect in the eyes of the revolutionary people.
